Very nice pub in great location with a lot of parking spaces. I found stuff to be very friendly and polite. I'm only coming from time to time but I would highly recommend it.For more pictures from my travels follow my Instagram michaelqmul

We visit a couple of times a month for drinks, I have noticed lately that the floor and tables always feel a bit sticky, I had lipstick on my glass on my last visit, and I just hate being thought of as a fussy customer.We had the carvery and I did find it very tasteless and bland. I wouldn’t ever order it again.Possible I’m am too used to my mothers home cooked meals and the hours she spends preparing it.Staff are always polite and friendly, shame they don’t engage alittle more.Your a strong 7/10

Really good food. It was busy too but cannot fault the service and we were a large table of 13 too. Everything was cooked to perfection. Definitely go back for a visit

Food very good. Service was ok but because so many tables reserved it was very loud with the parties yet they had a full section unused that they could have put the parties inFood was very good tho

We had breakfast with Santa and it was one of the best I have ever done.You did an amazing job and my children had the best time. Santa and the staff were amazing.Thankyou so muxh

Just come home from the breakfast with santa morning and I can't believe how awful this experience was.Upon booking there is nothing to say what the breakfast is, so the assumption would be the normal sizzling menu. They only did a standard English breakfast. This isn't an issue but just a pain to not be told what to expect. You also need to put the ages of the children, chair and dietary requirements. As myself and my friend have a 11 month old and 2 year old, high chairs were needed. No highchairs offered and when we were seated we were told there may not be anymore available" after 10 minutes

Brilliant visit as usual. Great ambience, everyone else enjoyed their food. Unfortunately my steak was too tough and I didn’t really enjoy my meal, the young lad asked if he could get me something else but I didn’t want anything. (I hardly ate my chips nor my steak) he said he would tell the Chef. I appreciate they were busy, they were very short staffed, but I had no apology from the Chef or the manager and no refund was offered. I bought a dessert and there was no offer of that being paid for instead either. Bit disappointed with that to be honest. Apart from that I enjoyed catching up with my friends and as I said they all enjoyed their meals, dessert was lush!

Went for a family meal. I had a variation on a chicken burger. Chicken breast was burned badly. Chips were stale and cold. Gravy, oddly, was flavourless and cold. Another member of our party had a mixed grill. Steak was ruined, despite us asking for it to be cooked medium. Some of our meals arrived tens of minutes after others. They only arrived after we asked how much longer they were going to be. Most drinks were OK. They really needed to change the pepsi though, tasted like fizzy water. Seats are horribly uncomfortable. All in all, It's an expensive and poorly cooked affair. Staff were polite, but management need to re-evaluate if this is truly the sector for them. It does not seem like it.
