Ordered today from just eat and it's lovely . We always get the same thing foot longs. But added a garlic bread ,hash browns 5* ,cookies and fruit shoot and some pop. (Missing one item of pop but it's a Sunday they may be running low on items) I'll ask just eat for a refund of one pop.Last time we had an order from here was 3yr ago once my youngest daughter was born and it was lovely then too it's nice to revisit this place 3yrs later brought back so many memories just from a good sandwich.

The only reason I go to Subway is the meatball subs. So the fact that every time I go to this Subway they're out (and I'm pretty sure they just don't bother to ever make meatballs in the first place so they're always out") isn't great. But I'd be fine with it if they didn't also wait to tell me until after they've already started making the sandwich/I've got the bag in my hand for a mobile order to say they're out of meatballs. Nothing special - the food was bland and tasteless. The service was sluggish and the staff seemed more interested in talking between themselves and ignoring customers.*Edit*Don't even bother trying to complain. Subway's customer service is terrible and they do not care. Best to avoid!

Food is okay, not the best Subway I've visited but not bad at a pinch. Service is pretty poor though, we stood for a full five minutes before even being acknowledged by the sandwich artist, who was putting up an order for delivery. If you want a tasty sandwich then McKeiths over the road is far superior.

Missed item off the order and said there's no way they can send driver for just one meal. Girlfriend just opened her meal and it's not even the right order. Looks like they've just sent what they have left. Am sorry but if you can take the money for the order then you can deliver the food which the customer orders. Shocking service and will never use subway again.

For being 3mins up the road hot" food was cold at collection and my sandwiches were not toasted or prepared well. I ordered a LARGE crinkle wedges to share between two people but barely got enough for one person

Asked for the Italian herbs and cheese bread, couldn’t have it as it was to hot, is that not what mittens are used for? I then asked for spicy nachos, ofcourse classic subway didn’t have them. Not only this but I counted how many nacho crisps was in and there was only 9 crisps, when I asked for more the woman said that was the correct portion size. If I could, I’d give it 0 stars because I will never be coming back to subway Chester road when that rude woman is in

My friend asked for no cheese clearly but he gave her cheese any way he kept on making fun of she wanted on her sandwich and called her awkward because of it as she wanted cucumber I would not recommend meeting kev. A horrible day because of this.
