My Mum spent over £500 on 4 new tyres, it took them 3 attempts to get the tyres on correctly. 3 visits to do the job properly is not acceptable for a elderly lady whose now nervous to drive the car because the tyres keep going down. There was also tyre marks on the bonnet when it was picked up which can only be explained by their employees.I was going to book a service but there's no way these jokers are touching my car.

Excellent customer service very friendly and helpful staff we were well looked after while waiting for our car. Thurlby Motors are in Louth now a much bigger place. layed out nicely everyone is pleasent and helpful. Still excellent work done.Hot drinks machine free of charge , and seating area's while waiting for the cars.

Recently purchased a vehicle and the sales team were great and very helpful. Dealt with Simon initially and another chap.Lovely car at a great price.I also take my work vans here and the service department are fantastic as well.

Long story short, bought a car it broke down two days later. They refused point blank to give me my money back. Ignoring the Consumer Protection Act Oct 2015. Delivered back after fixing" it. Broke down again a few hours later. Finally got my money back weeks afterwards. Sold me car that failed its MOT but they didn't tell me that

Great local garage for servicing and MOT’s. Taken my partners Hyundai there for a few services now and they have always been great and far better priced than any other local garage. Graham on the service desk is not only very knowledgable but also a great bloke.

Took my car in for the service. We were contacted beforehand as a reminder and on arrival were greeted.The full service was 3 hours,so they dropped us in to Louth to shop and collected us to collect car!The report was full and they outlined a part that was needed and sent for it.Good service with no hassles!Well done Thurlby.Patrick Webb OBE
