Louise Jarrett was quick to answer any questions and was always helpful, guiding me through the funeral process in a professional manner. David who was in charge on the day of the funeral with the hearse was kind and polite and helped the day to pass with guidance and the right level of support, keeping me informed.

After the sudden death of our loved one at Christmas, Lorna has been absolutely wonderful. She's guided and supported us through a dreadful time with genuine kindness, compassion, empathy and clear communication.On the day of the funeral Sam ensured everything went like clockwork and it was a beautiful service.

As I have always found, Woking Funeral Service served our family excellently. Nothing is too much trouble, always in a calm, professional and caring manner. At the funeral a guest was taken ill and David the lead for the day went over and above his responsibility to care for her and her friend. He stayed behind to care for her until the ambulance arrived allowing the rest of the team to transport the family to our next destination.
