Avoid this place….I went to this places and l find the car l like itI said the guy l want this oneWithou test drive or check anything they put the sold sign , l asked why did you put that sign already ? , he replied if somebody pay cash they might be sold whiles we r trying to getfinancial which is happen beforeAnyway l pay £3000 deposit then the girl her name is holly ask my last three months bank statement and she said she will call me backI sent them and after 4 daysl was waiting on phone call to say come and get your car but no oneHad phone me when l rang themThey said they sold my car by mistakeWhat a wasteing time they offered me good deal if l want another car but l didn’t want itI had my money back the endI’m so glad they sold my car becauseI haven’t hear anything good thing about this place at all

My son has purchased a car for £10,000 cash from this company. On the way home an engine management light came on and we returned the vehicle with the exact instructions of Trade Centre UK. My son asked for the vehicle to be repaired and 23 days later we are still waiting for them to tell if when it will be fixed. They cannot give us any idea of a time frame. Now I keep ringing to speak to a manager and the call handler tells me that he will request this, but no one has rung me back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANYHe eventually got a full refund 3 MONTHS later after starting court proceedings which cost him £400! No car money or courtesy car for 3 MONTHS!DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS COMPANY AND DO NOT TAKE OUT THE WARRANTY.....My 19 year old son brought a car from them in August and I have been arguing pretty much since. The warranty which covers ALL parts and labour for £49.99 a month is not worth the paper its written on. The car keeps going in to limp mode and is dangerous. It needs £4,000's worth of work doing and they dont want to know. Do not be fooled by the pretty picture of the car with he price tag of 11k saying its covered under the warranty! They have offered a date in February for it to be looked at ''as a good will gesture''!!!!!! Absolute joke! The 'aftercare' team clearly have NO authority to do anything and its impossible to speak to anyone who has. Funnily enough, you can't comment on their Facebook or Twitter pages!

I just went to have a look around and maybe come back later to purchase after I’ve looked at the insurance quotes. I was served by Maria, she was lovely and not too pushy, the cars are very clean. Maria always tried to get us a deal and let me have a general feel inside the car.

I was more than delighted with my experience at the amazing Coventry site. my experience was uplifted by the great salesman who I didn’t catch his name however he has curly hair and is tall. Not only this but the general manager Tim and sales manager Robbie took very good care of me with the deal that was made, plus the whole process was very smooth, compliance was amazing especially Ano who made the paper work smooth and understandable. I would highly recommend this site when buying a car and definitely look for theses members as I felt no pressure at all and ended up with the car of my dreams.

CAR BROKE DOWN AFTER 8 DAYS - CASE NOT RESOLVED OVER 5 MONTHS LATERThis company is an absolute joke.Do not use them under any circumstances.Terrible service.Absolute crooks who brazenly breach consumer rights.My partner and I purchased a vehicle from Trade Centre Coventry in early July, which broke down 8 days after purchase. I write this in December, having had nothing but problems with the vehicle and the extremely unhelpful Trade Centre staff.We returned the vehicle upon the first breakdown. The Trade Centre firstly refused to issue a refund, insisting they inspected the vehicle first. This took over 5 weeks, leaving us without transport with no offer of a courtesy car.In the meantime, we wrote to the Trade Centre head Office to lodge a formal complaint, which was ignored entirely by the company.They claimed they could not find a fault, again refused to refund us, and we took our faulty car home again after an extremely unhelpful conversion with the condescending branch manager, who like the rest of the staff we encountered, showed no compassion towards us or our situation.I note that on collection of the car, the waiting room was full of other people with broken down vehicles purchased from the Trade Centre.Between late August and mid-November, the car broke down on 3 further occasions, and so the car was returned to The Trade Centre a second time. They again refused to refund us, kept our vehicle for inspection a second time, and again claimed they couldn’t find the issue - despite us providing various reports from the AA to support our claim. They did however find some separate issues, which they so far refused to fix.They now expect me to collect and take home an unreliable car which clearly had a fault when we purchased it.Dealing with them has cost us so much time, stress, and money over the last 5 months, and we are still not closer to resolving the issue.I will be sure to provide an update with the resolution of this case, which I am sure at this point will end in court proceedings.

Only purchase a car from this company if you want a car with defective issues which apparently pass their “99 point check”, for which you will not get an appointment to even check it let alone fix it for 2 months!Rude customer care agents hang up the phone on you when you call for assistance and then ignore your call backs.Filling out the Contact form on their website, you will get no response. No one will call you back, you will get ZERO attention to resolve your complaints.If you are willing to have that happen to you then 100% recommend getting a car from these people, you will enjoy it.Otherwise do not buy from these people under any circumstancesUpdate:If you have any issues with a car bought from here within 30 days you can return the vehicle for any reason, you are not obliged to accept a repair.If a fault occurs after 30 days but within 6 months, before doing anything with the vehicle, first read up on your rights regarding purchasing used vehicles.They will deploy many tricks in blocking you exercising them.

Courtney made our experience getting me and my twin brothers first car the easiest and smoothest process i could ask for . She answered all the questions i asked since i knew nothing about cars and made me feel comfortable ! She is 5/5 sales persons .

AVOID these crooks at all costs. They messed me about for 2 days after finding a car straight away on the Friday. Told me to come back twice more on the Saturday and Sunday, said they needed bank statements, then said it had to be 3 months pay slips and said one a month would be fine even though they knew I was paid weekly. Then on the Sunday they told me it had to be all pay slips but wouldn’t let me send the rest and said no it’s been rejected and I’d get a full refund for my £100 deposit. I did eventually get it after 3 more journeys to their place in Coventry which is about 30 miles from where I live.Not only that they lied to me that the refund had been processed and yet 2 weeks later they said they couldn’t process the refund until they had my card details. So it hadn’t been processed at all.Wait, that’s not all… they also set up a payment assist plan for £50 a month on the first visit even though the finance hadn’t been approved and never was. I then got an email 3 weeks later saying my payment assist subscription was due the following week for a car I never had!There are signs everywhere saying “Drive away in 1 hour” what it doesn’t tell you is it’ll probably be the car you turned up in!DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THESE CRIMINALS
