Ensuite and downstairs cloakroom both completely refurbished recently. Nothing a problem, reliable when said he was coming to fit which I find the hardest part of using tradesmen. New floor boards laid, shower tray with tanking, wall hung toilets, wall hung vanity unit, new ventilation, LED mirror, spot lights and fully tiled. All fully tested before leaving and still working perfectly. Will have another bathroom to refurbish in the future and will most certainly have Kristian back to do this work.

Kristian did an excellent job in two bathrooms. From initial contact he was responsive and professional, providing guidance and advice throughout. His work was extemely tidy and delivered to the highest quality. I'd highly recommend his services!

Have used this company would not recommend. Waiting over a year for him to get back to me. Done a bathroom refit. Ieaking shower screen/leaking shower tray. Tiles on wall were meet floor tiles grout all cracked. Tiles top of window bowed tiled right side of window tiled over plastic strip holding in glass Also Having fitted new cold water feed flooded loft space. Over charged for electrician even though Quote said price includes all trades buildings materials plumbing and heating materials.

Kristian provided his excellent service and skills on a few different plumbing jobs for me recently. Each job was handled with great care from arranging initial inspection to providing a detailed, clear quotation and then completing the work most professionally. His timekeeping was always first class and he kept me fully informed as to his progress. He is a very personable individual as well and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone needing an efficient plumbing service.

Kristian has completed a number of jobs around our home, including a full bathroom renovation, heating system repairs and, most recently, replacing our faulty kitchen tap. As always, Kristian was incredibly helpful and professional throughout. He offered advice in choosing a suitable tap, collected and installed the item in a very timely manner. Have used K. Riley Plumbing & Heating Services a few times. He responds promptly and gives good advice. Has just refitted shower in ensuite - new shower tray, tiling, and screen. All excellent and the best communication I have EVER had from a tradesman with regular updates by photo and video. I knew he would do a great job, but the video updates were extremely helpful as I was not going to be there while he was doing the job. When I had contacted him about the job he came to give a quote within a couple of hours and was able to start quickly, work hard and finish the job quickly and leave the place tidy. Highly recommended.

I asked Kristian to install a new pressurised cylinder system. Within 24 hours he got back to me with a fair and reasonable quote which I was happy to go ahead with. The job took almost 2 full days but caused minimum disruption or inconvenience.I have to say the standard of his workmanship in my experience, is peerless. It is said that you can't make a silk purse out of a sow's ear - but he did just that. The pipework really is a plumbing work of art. Before he was happy to leave he tested everything to make sure it worked as it should. It did. He also tested for leaks and tidied up any dust and debris created. Once he was 100% satisfied he lagged all the pipework and secured the foam with cable-ties for good measure. This was text-book plumbing.Verdict - one hell of a professional service from a decent guy and I'm absolutely content that it was money well spent.

After seeing the fantastic job Kristian did with my brothers main bathroom refurbishment, I asked Kristian to overhaul our en-suite and downstairs toilet. To say we are delighted with the end result is an understatement, the work has been completed to such a high quality.Kristian made the process very straightforward he recommended bathroom showrooms for us to visit to select our products and made it hassle free by dealing with the suppliers once we had selected our fixtures and fittings.On the job, Kristian is super tidy, making sure floor surfaces are well protected and mess / disruption is kept to an absolute minimum. Kristian keeps you informed the whole way along the process and makes sure you are happy with his work.Kristian lined up any other trades required for the job (electrician and plasterer) and kept us well informed of the programme of works.Nothing was too much hassle for Kristian, he has become our go to plumber and would happily recommend him to anyone.
