So much attention to detail from the moment you walk into the lower part of the old church, you can smell a mixture of gorgeous scented candles and the products used by the staff members.So warm, welcoming and friendly atmosphere that your troubles melt away at the door. I’ve had my hair gone by almost every stylist there, the head massage while conditioning my hair is something only gods can do.I’ve also had a few massages with the beauty specialist too. Their knowledge and skills to help ease my pain is completely unmatched.This place wins countless awards and still continues to dominate. Would only ever recommend Mettyears to anyone.Thank you all so much!

I tried to use my buyagift" voucher gift to book my spa treatment today. I was told that as I have been to Mettyears in the past

I had an appointment with this salon that I had booked the day before via the phone. I spoke to a guy and he asked me for my details and asked if I had visited before, I said I hadn’t and he continued to book me in and I paid the deposit and turned up for my appointment. I then get there and get told I cannot have it done as I haven’t had a patch test. I completely understand that there are policy’s to follow, but I wasn’t told on the phone when booking that this was required. The woman who was serving me went to talk to the owner who couldn’t be bothered to deal with it himself and would rather talk to the staff in the hall where I could hear everything than come and talk to me directly. I then had to ask for my deposit back which was reluctantly returned to me. Was getting this done before a holiday and an important suprisw birthday for my partner and now that is ruined. The lady that served me was apologetic but nothing from the owner and no accountability taken. Customer service was awful and I was really avoid if you can!!!

Lovely morning using the hydro pool, with a treatment and followed by a lovely afternoon tea spread for me and my nan. Nice little treat.

I’ve been going to mettyears for years now and have never had a negative experience. I’ve been using both their hair and beauty services. Always such good customer service and cleanliness within the building. I remember when I first went to the salon I was nervous at first as I always get like this when going to a new place but as soon as I walked in I was greated by the friendly staff. They always do their best to accommodate you for what you want and to fit you in for available appointments, as they always get very busy. I 100% recommend to anyone for any hair beauty or spa treatments! Staff are the best!!
