Had a bit of faff with the wrong dims/volume being posted on the website (easy mistake), so the board was incorrect size when it arrived.Can't fault the service after that. They let me use it for a trip to see if it would stick, return it when it wasn't correct, and processed the refund the same week.Would 100% use them again and recommend them. Delivery is fast, boards were well packaged and they have a good stock of some chunkier boards that other sites don't carry.

Very bad service when things do get wrong with an order.Reply to Roger:Unfortunately that is not the case:1: I was not well informed, had to pay 34% tax in stead of 21 or 23 listed on your site, if this was the normal percentage and fee there would not have been a problem. So you're not aware what your shipping partner is calculating, or the information (that is hidden on the very bottom of your website) is wrong.2: After refusing the package, the first thing I did was contacting you to know how to solve this, nothing could be done and I had to pay for the shipping (50,-). Today when the return is back at you, you charge met 180(!),- for shipping fee for a product I did not get. Plus quote:''since this was refused without notice we weren’t able to organize any alternative'' It was the first thing I did, you have had weeks or months to think of a better alternative.3:Overall, a bad experience and definitely bad service. I payed 180 euro's for.. nothing. Pretty normal to expect a bad review when not giving the right service right?

Asked for a recommendation from these guys for fins for my new board, got a really quick and helpful response. Fins arrived quickly and look great, can’t wait to try them out! Great customer service, thanks guys!

Ordered this board in the morning and it was here by the next morning. The packaging was amazing , and it was a trade in board. Their weekly releases feature some really sought after hand picked boards, something for everyone at fantastic prices , great conditions and sometimes even include dec grip and tails pads 10/10 guys thanks Ian ! Beautiful surfboard but poor service. After using my surfboard 1x on a soft sandy beach the board already had a crack on the bottom layer of the board. I was told it wasn't a crack but looks like a scratch which is a bit odd as i wouldn't go through the hassle of messaging about a simple scratch. There no fuss no questions asked 30 day return policy certainly is not no fuss and no questioned asked. This also is at your own cost!Very disappointed. Wishing i bought the board from my local shop who had unfortunately ran out of stock.

Their customer service is amazing. I had previously bought a board from the UK from a different company, and it was a nightmare. But boardshop were 100% on top of everything, communication was amazing, and got my board with no problems or delays. Highly recommended going through these guys.

I’ve got my board and bits from Boardshop about a year ago and they’ve been awesome in accommodating my requests! However, they’ve been even better when my board showed some issues recently, and they’ve supported with the replacement: super smooth, quick and very friendly communication. It’s been a pleasure!

They have been absolute legends. Reached out to Matthew a few months ago looking for advice to get a new board, he replied to my emails with in depth and genuine advice without even knowing whether I was gonna buy from them. Finally decided to purchase from them even though I was living in Spain, but they did everything they could to make it work. The board came in a perfect condition and arrived in 6 days.Even though they couldn’t send it to my hometown I explained to them I was gonna be in Madrid for a few days and they managed to make the board arrive while I was there.Had a few problems with DHL Spain but the guys at Board Shop sorted it out within 5 minutes - massive thanks for that!!Highly recommend. I will deffo be purchasing my next board through these guys!
