New Town Dental Care

Being a regular patient of Jonathan for years now, I feel comfortable every time I visit the dentist. Always well explained and very good practice. Would recommend to all.

I have a lot of dental anxiety and I really struggle with going to the dentist. I've seen typically see Dr Swan but I had a dental emergency and one of the other dentists was able to fit me in last minute. Both dentists are very kind and considerate and explain everything to me. I've always had bad experiences with dentists in the past but I'm happy to say I've only had good experiences here. I would recommend going here to anyone but especially to people who are nervous about going to the dentist.

I've had intermittent treatment from NTDC over 9 years, ranging from 3 implants to small fillings - all of them carried out meticulously and successfully. The welcome is always cheery and the hygeinist has been supportive and helpful in enbling me to keep my teeth the best they can be. My dentist not only brings unfailing high quality skills and experience but discusses treatment in as much detail as I need and carries it out in a planned and timely manner.

Saw Jonathan Hiscocks after I chipped my tooth and received fantastic treatment (few people can put a smile on your face in such situations!). The procedures are well explained and the treatment was particular to my needs. Highly recommend.

I’ve been using New Town Dental Care for a few years now. The staff are very friendly and always helpful when fitting appointments in between your busy schedules. Margaret (hygienist) is delightful, very professional and talkative making you feel at ease. Derek (dentist) is also fantastic, very warm and welcoming. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Always very pleased with the treatment here. Everything is explained well and all treatments are good. Derek recommended implants to me several years ago and it was the best money I ever spent! All the staff in the practice are friendly and helpful.

My partner and I both came here for a cleaning in November after not being able to see a dentist for most of COVID and Alison Mackie was just wonderful. She was gentle with the cleaning and our teeth felt good as new afterwards. Will definitely be coming back here. Thank you!

Had a Snoring Device prepped and fitted in 2020. Unfortunately between Christmas and New Year 2022, the device failed. I contacted the practice and the service I received was exceptional and went above and beyond.As it had been over 2 years I only expected some advice via email and to be told a new device was required (over £1k). However, to my surprise, I was asked to return the device for repair. I sent the device to the practice and it was repaired on the same day they received it as the dentist proactively ordered the part required. Not only that but the device was posted back to me with absolutely no charge to myself.Thank you to all at the practice involved, particularly Derek. Greatly appreciated! Cannot recommend enough.
