Luke Somerville Tattoo

Had my first full arm sleeve session with Luke. Very enjoyable first experience. The studio is very comfortable. Luke is such a lovely guy and great attention to detail.

What can I say, Luke is nothing short of a professional and an absolute gentleman. His work is second to none on quality and creativity, and I bet you would struggle to find a more talented tattoo artist in the UK or Ireland. He was extremely welcoming, made me feel very comfortable and explained in detail the design ideas and the overall process, he also accommodated perfectly to the designs I had discussed with him previously. From Day 1 I had complete faith in him to deliver an exceptional piece of art and he blew my expectations completely out of the water. I am absolutely ecstatic with the results I couldn't recommend him enough, so to anyone who’s thinking about getting a Japanese style tattoo - then look no further.

My experience with Luke was one of a kind. From the moment I went for a consultation to my final session last week, I can honestly say, that I'm very happy and over the moon with having Luke do my full arm, personally designed, Japanese sleeve.Luke is very friendly and very experienced and I am planning to have a back piece done in the next few months. His work is incredible and the amount of detail he puts into his work is fantastic. I would definitely recommend Luke if you are planning a Japanese piece.His studio is new and private, and easy to get to with free parking just outside the studio.Overall, my experience was fantastic and I cant recommend Luke enough.

I’ve been tattooed by Luke numerous times and I can’t recommend him enough. His studio and environment is very inviting and makes you feel right at home, which is important as the sittings can be long (although they don’t feel it and often fly in very quickly). His attention to detail and passion for tattooing really shows in his work. If your looking for a one off Japanese style tattoo then Luke is the tattoo artist for you.

My two appointments so far with Luke at his Studio have been brilliant, he is very professional and the studio is a great space. Lukes ideas for what I mentioned were exactly what I wanted and then the tattooing experience itself is the best I have had. Would highly recommend Luke to anyone, which I have already done.

Luke is a true professional, I decided to go to him following years of wanting a tattoo and not finding the right artist. Very relaxed and calming atmosphere on first entering the studio was the vibe I got. I wasn't wrong and was grated by the artist who took time to talk me through the design and asked was I happy with the overall layout. Once we both were happy with the design we got straight to it for the next 6 hours and I left feeling very happy with the workmanship. I'd recommend Luke to anyone looking traditional Japanese art etched onto the skin

Decided to Contact Luke about finishing off my Japanese half sleeve I had got previously from another artist. We hit it off from the get go and he helped me out with the consultation I went in with an idea and came out with an even better idea thanks to Luke’s wealth of knowledge. The studio itself is spacious and well decorated. Immaculately clean with safe parking and a two minute walk from the train station. He is a wizard with the gun, fast and clean work.
