Nice dentist but Always seem to cancel appointments at the last moment.

First time here although my daughter has been using this place for years.Really nice staff and dentist prices are the same everywhere but the service makes up for any cost.If you can get on their books (so busy) it’s worth it.My original dentist decided they would only take private patients since the lockdown (even though they are NHS).

VERY NERVOUS PATIENT.I have not been to a dentist in over 10 years....I had my first appointment today with Dentist Val and Pippa his assistant.They were sympathetic, down to earth yet professional, very knowledgeable, explained everything very fully and were both caring. My nerves soon relaxed a little.Thank you to ALL the team at Smile, the receptionists are approachable, helpful and friendly too.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRACTICE.

After struggling to find a dentist for two years I have now been registered with Smile Woolston. Was seen very quickly and booked in for a filling swiftly. Reception team, nurses and dentist were very friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

I am always happy with the service I receive at this practise. The dentists are kind and friendly, as are all the staff.No one really likes going to the dentist but it really they really help pur you at ease.

I was thrilled with the whole process. I originally go there for a general check out. Then after check up I was been told what to do rather than the options. The dentist seems working on the speed and turnover rather than dental health care. I had a very strange feeling when I come out of the surgery and then I worked out it is because I feel like the treatment is more like animal and vet rather than treating a human being.Next day I received a call from the practice about the payment issue. When I describe I wasn't happy with the treatment they say ''that's fine''! It seems like they already have so many negative feedback that they couldn't bother to listen to another story. Yes, as long as you pay!

Called the dentist as an emergency with a broken front tooth.Was seen same day, absolutely first class care from reception to surgery.Very impressed

Just joined after being on the list since January, was seen within a week of calling to book an appointment and subsequent filling was done within a few days due to a cancellation.Dentist was very polite and calm, took plenty of time to explain everything to my 6 year old who is also autistic.My filling was done with utmost care and attention to detail even though the clinic was running over.Receptionists qere really polite and professional at all times!Overall a really good experience. So happy to finally have a dentist!
