Great location, brilliant rooms and very courteous staff. A very good night's sleep in a quiet area, with plenty of room and with an upgrade stunning river views. Room service seems to offer a significantly better menu (such as salads) which detracts from any reason to eat in the restaurant. Breakfast had fantastic choice, but very oily. Overall I would prefer a hotel which the restaurant for dinner and breakfast was also a destination, a reason to stay

Great hotel right in the Dock area with all the museums restaurants etc on your doorstep. Was all beautifully decked out for Chritmas as was the whole of Liverpool. Food in the hotel restaurant is good quality and portions are large. Rooms are spacious and very nicely appointed.

We stayed for two nights, can't fault a single thing. Breakfast was lovely, so much choice. We had late night pizzas after a visit to the Cavern Club and they were superb! Staff were friendly and helpful.

We stayed for two nights and everything was great. The room was clean and comfortable, lovely toiletries and everything we needed. The bar area is great and a good choice of drinks. The reception staff and bar staff are always friendly and helpful. We had two amazing breakfasts too.

First time staying in this hotel. We stayed overnight on Saturday night. When we walked into the hotel, we were impressed by the decor, the staff on reception were friendly, and check-in was easy. We had booked for the superior king-sized room with a river view. We weren't disappointed the room was really nice with all mod cons, a larger king-sized bed, and an amazing view.We had a drink in the bar later on in the night, the bar prices were very reasonable. The atmosphere was nice and chilled, and the artist who was singing and playing the piano was great. I would recommend anyone to stay here as we really enjoyed our stay. You also get discount if you park at Kings Dock carpark, you just have to tell the hotel staff that you have a car parked there.

Great hotel, the rooms are very clean and warm (you can change the temperature on the AC). Very quiet as well. The bed was comfy, plus you're given a selection of pillows to choose from. The bathrobe and slippers were a nice touch. There is also tea/coffee making facilitates, would be great if they put some vegan/lactose free milk though.Breakfast was delicious (english breakfast, yogurts, fruits, pastries, ham, cheese. Vegan/vegetarian options are available).

Its our second visit and loved our stay again. I would only say the room took a while to heat up due to the adverse weather conditions. Breakfast was again exceptional and greeted in by lovely staff.When arriving I left my wife at the reception with the 2 suitcases oblivious my shaver had switched itself on inside one of the cases. My wife noticed a bit of giggling between the staff and was totally mortified when realising the case was vibrating when we got into the lift!

This was my 2nd time at this hotel, there was a slight confusion over room type which they quickly sorted and we was moved without any fuss.Staff are friendly, room is clean and food is nice. Would definitely stay again.

Very impressed with the hotel. The room was exceptionally well maintained and very comfortable. The staff were efficient and very caring. A fantastic choice for breakfast with everything you could wish for.It is close to shops and all sorts of entertainment within walking distance.Will definitely visit here again.Thank you to all staff members.
