A nice clean, well laid out bookshop. Staff have always been friendly and approachable on any visits I've made in the past. Located in a popular, easy to reach part of the high street. Prices are reasonable and sales are frequent and with good discounts.

Absolutely fabulous little store, my only gripe is it needs to be bigger!! Excellent choice of reading material and reference books. Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful as well as friendly.A must for book lovers!!

Barnstaple Waterstones is a really nice bookshop. It has some friendly staff and some little handwritten book reviews on some shelf tickets, which I thought was a really neat touch. There's some games and gadgetry for sale too, but just to ramp up the awesomeness factor a smidgen, Magic The Gathering cards and Dungeons and Dragons sets! Pop in and if they haven't got what you want, they'll order it in for you.

What can I say, most Waterstones are very similar to one another. However, this one just seemed to have that little something that stood out.Plenty of genres to choose from and the staff were super friendly.

An amazing free library in the heart of town but could do with a few more seats, I only managed to read three books before I was asked to leave.

Lovely Waterstones store. I popped in last week on a rainy day to have a look round whilst on holiday. Friendly staff, nice calm atmosphere and fantastic range of books. My son also loved the cuddly octopus toy so much we treated him to it along with some books! Thanks all.
