This station is unofficial closed due to continuous station staff shortage over the last month. 11,6 23Whatch out it will happen TFL will close it.. footfall is the answer.

Nice underground station which is served by the Central line. This station can be very busy during the day. There are lifts from the ticket hall then stairs to the platforms. The station was very clean and staff was present and helpful.

Station was close to the Lancaster Gate Hotel and we would use this station depending on where we were coming from. Be prepared for lots of stairs if you decide to not use the lifts. Friendly staff.

I'm editing the last review as this station is shamefully always temporarily" (all the time) closed due to "staff shortage". Hey TFL! Spend less money in advertising the tube and more money to make it work. Maybe that's the beginning for offering services.Previous review:This station is a hit and miss. Open occasionally whenever there is staff available. Not the case so many times the last few months. Don't count you can start or end your journey here. Shame TFL!"

Never found a station with more useless and rude staff ever,I asked for help reguarding my Oyster card as the machine was broken and not taking cash, the station staff was on the phone got off just to tell me to get the bus and walked away from me.

Attended a event at this beautiful hotel. The food was catered by Madhu’s catering. The food options were very good and there was a good selection of veg and non-veg. The event had DJ and a dance floor. The decor at the hotel was amazing. Very good place to hold events and parties.

This station was the one next to my hotel, clean station, Lifts to go down to the platforms even if they drop you off at an intermediate floor and you have to take a few steps but hey at least there is a ski lift, the line which served it Central line" has very good frequencyFinal score: 4/5"
