Be careful that Dr Joanne Miller doesn't write inaccurate information in your files, she very quick to do so!!!!

Very very poor after breaking his heel bone my dad went to see Dr miller and she sent him home with out even examining the leg then he went to hospital cos he was in so much pain then he found out his bones had a infection which could of easily been found by Dr miller instead she sent him home and now he's lost his leg they've also found a way to get my dad of there books so now wen I ring up asking for help I get attitude of receptionists very very very poor and they will be held responsible for what's happend to my dad

Receptionist need some training, when they book your appointment do their job for them and double check the time they give you. Got a form with a writtem time and date on stating to be in 20mins earlier than appointment and when we turned up it was closed, once they finally answered the phone number provided we were told the appointment was a completely different time to the one we had on the writtem form that was provided at the first appointment and was made out like it was our fault. Will now have to go through 111 and re book everything once again

Service is very good. Easy to get appointment. Except receptionist behavior and attitude, rest of them are very good in profession as well as attitude.

Left me with a fractured spine for five months after telling me it was muscular over and over and after asking for an x-ray for months I finally got one and they seen the fracture and changed their tune but I still am unclear as what's going on as they don't tell me anything. I don't bother the doctor unless I'm in a shocking way and when I did to be fobbed off and treated like a wrong doer for wanting sick notes when I had a broken back and in agony.
