Went in to ask about repair cost for my screen on my phone. Without testing the guy tells me £250. He was adamant he knew wot he was talking about. However we walked out thought no way he's ripping us off. Went straight to Normanton Phone Fix the lad tested my phone and fixed it for £65.Certainly would avoid Timpsons regards phone repairs.

Dee was brilliant. Had all our photo needs taken care of. Quick and professional. Would highly recommend.

I visited Timpsons today to have some photos reprinted in readiness for arranging my father's funeral and I was served by David who listened to my requests with empathy and understanding. There was an issue with the printer but David dealt with it in a very professional manner and managed to fix the issue although it was extremely hot in the branch making it unbearable for both customers and staff.I would like to thank David for helping make my difficult task much easier and I would definitely recommend using this branch .

I went in to get a few links taken off my watch and the service was great. Good customer service and price was decent.

I've been to this Timpson's on a number of occasions for a variety of reasons and never been anything other than satisfied with their assistance. This time I took in a watercolour painting of a proposed extension I am looking to have built and the colour copy was virtually identical in tone to the original. Machinery therefore well programmed and maintained.

Required a battery replacement for watch. Was offered two options with no explanation of second option and had to ask. The chap serving was very blunt and had very poor customer service skills. My card didn't go through first time and he seemed to get rather hyper but went through fine on second attempt.I felt uncomfortable with this member of staff.Having worked in customer service you are able to spot those staff that are able to give an excellent service and those who have no interest in engaging with their customers. Will avoid this store in future unfortunately. I normally don't leave reviews but my experience led me to leave this one.

The photo booth is less than ideal during the evening. The photo looks washed out but the crew said it's fine.

Twice I've been in there and the man in there is so rude. Made me feel really uncomfortable and unwanted by his attitude. I will never be stepping foot in that shop again

Fantastic. Very helpful and knowledgable, some beautiful items for sale along with key chains and key cutting, shoe repairs and photo printing. I'd recommend 100%. Thank you very much.
