Absolute joke! Good job my child didn't have a life threatening illness because i'd probably still be waiting to be seen.

Didn't know about this place. Healthcare workers are all awesome and kind and took care of me quickly.

Effective service, GP was able to write out a prescription for me, for a medicine I had run out of.

Sent to bourne road by 111 wonderful service by all concerned , fast service ,clean,polite

Had to travel from the other end of the city cause their system wasn't working.. is this a Joke?? And made to wait outside for a long time, Can't believe you make people who are sick wait outside

Drive in medical centre that was very efficient. Had to take a relative there for a late evening appointment.... drove in was seen very quickly with good medical check and prescription issued. I hadn't been to a drive in medical centre before, and was very impressed by this set up.

Fast and good service. Compare to children hpsipal waiting for hours and hours , it's much more sufficient

Avoid this place all times, there are chances that this place can lead you into life long illness,I had a Horrible experience from Dr. Kelly who showed no resilience in looking into my case properly, I already been examined by a GMC approved doctor online based in London and by the paramedics seen puss formation in the tonsils, Dr Kelly when asked to examine it properly she refused to even touch it, completely lack care and compation especially when the other person has been in pain. I was sat in the room breathing heavily and Dr Kelly even did not use the stethoscope to hear heavy breathing as she was so busy in making her wrong right, that she doesn't even need to examine or take patients history into consideration before making a decision, People like her must not be in this sort of profession or position, the best profession suits them is to be a butcher at MorrisonsDr Kelly ignored procedures set by GMC, she ignored the guidelines of the NHS and were sat there asking me if I know the guidelines and procedures so she doesn't get caught,I stayed in the room that maybe she'd show some respectIt was a shame to have ever been to Badger Clinic in the event of severe illness. I would like all the people in the community to avoid this place and report them for taking patients as a jokeIf the Senior Management doesn't take action on this, I may have to take it further under public interest
