Brilliant! I called yesterday afternoon about a leaky toilet. Kelly in the office was fantastic, and arranged for the repair to be carried out this morning. The contractor was professional, thoughtful and friendly, and not only replaced the leaky seals but also the rusting bolts securing the pan to the floor, pan to the cistern and cistern to the wall. Since my water supply was off, he very thoughtfully offered to bring back coffee when he went to get supplies. I will definitely be using HMC Contractors again in the future for any of my general maintenance jobs.

Hash, the owner, personally came to see me to discuss the issue and set my mind at ease. As I work full time, I was able to arrange for him to collect my spare key to be able to carry out the repairs whilst I was at work. Hash and his team completed the repairs in a timely manner and to a great standard. I was particularly pleased with the fact that the owner took time out to come and visit me out of hours to discuss the issue and personally contacted me with courtesy calls to inform me of the progress. Great service!

Charged me an extortionate amount of money. Didn't bother coming to finish off the rest of the work. Gave a last minute quote before the work.

Kelly’s communication is second to none. Completely reliable and organised. Kelly has helped with repairs throughout my current tenancy and I can honestly say she’s been so warm and professional on every occasion. Would absolutely recommend without hesitation!

On time. Absolutely polite and helpful woman in the office called Kelly. She always answers the phone with a helpful and responsive manner. She always puts in 100% effort to get the help and work you need. The workers are also very polite and work to a very high standard. Very good company. Installed a new boiler for me quickly and on time. Informed me about everything. An engineer who did this was very nice, professional and helpful and knew what was doing. Would recommend them to anybody.

HMC will continuously be my go-to for major maintenance/specialist works. With engineers in most trades, e.g electricians, plumbers, boiler technicians, there isn't much I throw their way that they can't handle. Most of my contact has been with Kelly in particular, and she has always made time for me to go through issues and squeeze jobs in, and has always done so with minimal fuss. The work itself has been consistently reliable and fairly priced for the quality they provide, and so I would definitely recommend these guys, particularly with plumbing, heating and hot water issues (my most common problems I have for them). As a property manager, they have made my life infinitely easier, knowing that whatever I pass over to them, I'm confident it will be sorted. Very happy with their service and always a pleasure to deal with; everyone needs a Kelly!

My experience with HMC has been outstanding from start to finish.I’m a tenant at a managed block of apartments in Manchester and, I had an issue with my thermostat last week, resulting in me not having any hot water.Having called my Lettings agent, I was put through to the out of hours team, who then passed me on to Hash at HMC, accordingly. He was incredibly helpful and had all the time for me during our phone call. He ran through a few things with me on the call, to better understand what the issue was.A day or so later I next heard from Kelly at HMC, confirming what time I would be in to have someone come and fix the issue. She was also incredibly friendly to deal with and I appreciated the notice given.Chris arrived and swiftly ascertained what the issue was, and quickly sought to fix this. He answered all the questions I had for him and was generally really approachable and friendly to deal with.The issue was part of a building-wide issue, and needed a part to be ordered and for my landlord to approve the job. The latter took a further couple of days or so.Within such time I had further dealt with both Hash and Kelly, both of whom were incredibly informative and reassuring, also.Finally I dealt with Steve, who arrived with the part and he managed to sort my hot water issue out.Again, Steve was nothing short of incredibly professional, friendly and really informative.Overall, and as above, I have to say that my experience with HMC has been outstanding.I would’ve probably been really quite frustrated over the last few days (having not had any hot water for nearly 1 week) but, this has been entirely compacted due to the amazing level of care and customer service shown by the 4 individuals I’ve mentioned above (Hash, Kelly, Chris and Steve), at HMC.You are all an absolute asset to your company and I hope you are duly recognised for this.Thank you again!
