Recently made some purchases in this store.I purchased disposable vape. I then returned to make a purchase of a bundle. The assistant (Kayleigh or Catlyn)?explained everything to me about my purchase. She was very pleasant,extremely helpful & had an excellent knowledge of her job. Katelyn is amazing!!!She understood my needs and expertly guided me through the process as I hadn't used my ecig in a while and needed coils and liquid and above all her caring manner made me feel I was in the right place.Anyone needing/wanting to change to vaping go see her I cannot recommend her highly enough.If your Katelyn's manager and you read this I hope you realise what an absolute gem she truly is!

In the past I swore by VPZ as they helped me get the best out of my coils and saved me a fortune in the process. I actually went out of my way to purchase from them and show loyalty. However my recent purchase (too long ago to take back) was an expensive mistake. I was advised that the new tanks I bought would fit the new mod I bought - and it transpires that I need a specific type of mod/battery. I spent well over £100 on that visit and will be taking my business elsewhere in the future, where I won't be mis-sold.

Probably my favourite vape supply shop in York! Staff are always helpful and incredibly knowledgeable. They're specialists on the matter and it absolutely shows. I've had multiple devices from them, and regularly stock up when they're doing (frequent, it seems) specials. If you're into vaping, then you couldn't pick a better spot.

Probably the worst vape shop I've ever been to, not a terrible selection of devices or liquids, but the staff flat out gave me the wrong information and tried selling me the wrong liquid for it too. They should make sure their staff know they're talking about, because they dont
