Made an order error. I phoned direct to YZ and was clearly informed my part requested was wrong and order cancelled. Reordered part on their first class advice.Part arrived next morning Royal Mail.To have customer looked after by this company.First Class.Thank You. Fred Pole.

Be careful from these guys !! Went to pick up a BMW engine with as described 44k on the clock but they tried to give me another engine which wasn't same as advertised. They were so Dodgy , rushed and put an engine on pallet and asked me to pay . When I noticed that it's not the same engine as photographed and listed on eBay , I showed him his own eBay listings and then he pretended to look for that engine. After a min looking around here and there he goes to me that someone must have sold that engine. It wasn't even cheap engine I agreed to pay £1400 for that and he wanted all cash not even bank transfer or PayPal. I drove 200 miles for this nonsense. I'll advise everyone please do not buy any thing from them . Big 0 ZERO rating from me.About your response which came after 2 months:-YOU ARE FULL OF LIE !!!I confirmed with you ( still have all those text messages in my phone ) about the engine and it's no , before I came to your place . You even asked me the reg of my car to confirm. And now you saying different story. I still stand with my original comment about you and your company Do not buy any thing from them""

Super service purchased a Bmw engine wit warranty easy transaction showed me the mileage of vehicle provided reg engine fitted and works perfectly thank you guys you are a life saver A* service

I bought a rear diff for my Audi S1 on eBay and before purchasing it I wanted to confirm it was the correct part for my car registration number. They confirmed it was correct and when it arrived, it was the wrong part. Trying to resolve the issue by wanting to send the item back for a refund but they are now ignoring all my messages and phone calls. Very unfair and terrible customer service.

This is a very bad company, they sen out damaged parts agreed to refund me but never did. id suggest you avoid them if your expecting sight unseen parts to be sent to you,Additional comment: Your response is 9 months late and a fabrication of the truth. AVOID!!!!!!

Bought some parts for my Volkswagen cheap prices and good quality. Recommend to buy all parts for your car here. Staff was extremely helpful
