Llety Cynin

Very disappointed. Be mindful of this if you buy a voucher. I had a voucher for mothers day off my daughter for spa day but in the meantime I had an accident fell down and broke my shoulder. I rang up the hotel to discuss the situation that my voucher was running out as there's only 6 months on the voucher and due to my accident that I wouldn't be able to have the massage treatment if they could extend my voucher to a more suitable date to be told outright No. There willing to take your money but when situations like this happens there's no understanding or empathy no offer of a refund so will not be returning again

A beautiful hotel set in the countryside, welcoming staff, immaculate rooms, fantastic facilities. The food was delicious.We will definitely be back.Thank you for your hospitality.Nicola and Ian .

Lovely rooms, lovely food.The Spa could be Improved. No drinking water available outside sauna and steam room, changing rooms look tired, the shower curtain was dirty. Having children in the pool having lessons during a Spa day is a bit off putting. I've never been to any other spa that does this.

Absolutely wonderful stay. Two adults and one child. Dinner, bed and breakfast. Wonderful hotel with a great pool and adventure playground for children. We relaxed in the garden whilst our little one played.The food is incredible, and the staff are very warm and welcoming.We are already looking at coming back.

I treated my girlfriend to a date night and selected Llety Cynin for our road trip. The staff were amazing, always spoke to us and made us feel at home. The room was clean and looked nice. The restaurant was lovely and Rachael our server was perfect.I guess one night wasn't enough, there was a swimming pool, spa and gym that we didn't have time to use. We would love to return and enjoy a couple of nights.The following day we decided to drive and extra 30 mins to Tenby. The location of Llety Cynin was perfect for our needs.

Beautiful place and very welcoming! Me and my friends booked a spa day with free welcome drinks, all day pool access, a treatment and £15 voucher off dinner, at an amazing £65! The spa was relaxing the girls were lovely the massage was incredible, the food was outstanding I think il go back there just for the food alone it was the nicest meal I ever had and all the lunch menu was under £15 so practically lunch was included in the price of the spa package, we had loads of sides and a few drinks and then split the bill at the end so only had to pay £7 each, it was a lovely day and well worth the money! The only one thing we was annoyed about as booking a relaxing spa day we didn’t expect to see children in the pool splashing, not that it’s a problem just when you want to relax and get away for a break, I think what would be good if they seperated the times for public and spa but other than that I t was lovely there and well worth it

Lovely place to stay - we were there for a week. The family team were always friendly and happy to help. Menu was showcasing local ingredients. Room was clean and quiet. Good place to be based for a few days to explore the local area

I recently stayed at Llety Cynin on Llangynin Road in St Clears, Carmarthen, Wales. The rooms, while basic, were exceptionally clean with a very comfortable bed. The reception was warm and welcoming, setting a pleasant tone for the stay. The food, although decent, left room for improvement as my burger was on the fatty side. I would suggest minor refinements before rating it at the advertised 4 stars. An outstanding feature was the on-site indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi, providing an added bonus to the experience. The restaurant staff were incredibly friendly and provided prompt service, enhancing the overall visit. I would recommend Llety Cynin for a comfortable stay with the added benefit of on-site amenities.

Did not stay . But we had lunch. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and lunch was good. It's an easy place to miss, so slow down when you get near.

We attended our daughters wedding here, food was excellent, a very relaxed atmosphere which made for a very enjoyable day. Staff were very efficient and helpful, and all their hard work was very much appreciated. It was an expensive day, but less than most venues we looked at, and everyone seemed to enjoy themselves. We had the ceremony, wedding breakfast and evening buffet. All to a very high standard.
