Bought a pair of LOWA boots (size 9.5), checked out & all was well. Got a call from Jim the following morning saying they were out of stock. I asked for a 10 instead, when they arrived they were too big. Quick call to Jim who advised on the various boots available. Fantastic service, thank you Jim for all your help and communication ensuring that my boots were just right and more importantly that I wasn't out of pocket returning the original ones.

Mr Big awkward feet here. I've been on a mission to get a pair hiking boots for my plates for months. Recieving and returning various brands. Almost gave up.Then I spoke to David who wouldn't give up and found me a fit second try. Well done Sir and thank you.

Though they did exchange my item due to the product sizing is wrong ( manufacture issue) I was offered postage refunded and guess what no refund, will not be purchasing from here. Shame as we do get asked recommendations oh well.Thank you just seen your response and yes you have let me down and I see you have now refunded.

Having today received the clock I'm extremely pleased with the quality of the product, completely as described and a very authentic period item. Took a week to dispatch - tardy replying to emails chasing and pretended the emails must have gone to spam (not the case) product arrived and was not as advertised (sand colour ) in fact a dazzling white !!Would not recommend

Sent the wrong item. In fairness they apologised and offered a refund and to send the right item. I paid postage and returned the item and received a refund but no item. They will not acknowledging the original agreement leaving me out of pocket with no item to show for. Would not recommend.

Great great shopping experience! Walked away with an army t-shirt with a genuine NATO issue number and a winter hat! Spoke to the owner, Dave, about the Yalta conference amongst other subjects! Jim gave us an excellent and engaging customer service! Five stars!

First time I’ve ever felt I needed to leave a review. Bought some boots online and when they arrived with an issue, I contacted the lovely people at Becketts who told me that there were no replacements available, so at no extra cost sourced me a new pair from Germany. Top class, speedy customer service. Definitely recommend.
