Excellent, thoroughly professional work at good price.J apologised for arriving an hour early, but this was not a problem for us! All the work was finished within an hour, including adjustment of a Door which wasn't included in the work we had requested. The new hinges he fitted to the three windows cured the problem with the draughts as he had suggested would be the case. We were delighted with his work and his approach; he even took his shoes off when he came into the house. I would thoroughly recommend him, and already passed his details to my daughter.

We needed window locks to be replaced on two windows that wouldn't open. I thought this would be difficult to arrange because we are rarely in. I couldn't believe how accommodating Jamie was in finding a slot to get it done. He was very thorough in making sure he knew exactly what parts were needed and sourced them in 24hrs. Turned up on time. Did a great job. Very reasonable charge. We will almost certainly have the same problem on another window in the future and I will unhesitatingly use JD Window & Door Repairs Ltd next time around. Thanks.

After a total failure of our back door mechanism, Jay turned up on the same day to ensure we were secure and make sure he had the details for the replacement part. The door was repaired as soon as the new part was available with an incredibly fast turnaround time with a genuine sense of customer satisfaction always ensuring our property was secure. I don't normally leave reviews but having 'same day service' repair call outs in the past from other companies that can actually take up to a week to appear, JD Windows communication was clear, the service was very prompt and the quality of workmanship excellent - Many thanks

Superb service and workmanship. Jay and his apprentice turned up very promptly to realign 3 of our doors including our composite front door, they also replaced the locking mechanism. Highly recommend for polite and professional service.

Jay attended to my parents when the hinges to their front door fell off and they couldn't use the door properly. He secured the door temporarily whilst awaiting parts, quickly diagnosed the problem and came back to fix it. He was a clean and tidy worker with great knowledge. Would not hesitate to use hi.m again or recommend him to others.

We had a window with broken lock mechanism and hinges. A very professional job completed well. When I mentioned that we were thinking of replacing those windows in the next couple of years he told me they were perfectly good and didn't need replacing for a while yet. No hard sell tactics, just honesty and professionalism. I would definitely recommend!

Jamie came out & quoted me for the work which involoved replacing sealant on 2 windows inside & outside & he was very polite & efficient when he did the job. I would have no qualms recommending him for window repair work. I contacted two other companies before JD & they were abrupt on the phone & wouldn't come out to quote for the work or even discuss it, they just quoted a price per hr so I could take it or leave it so I left it!
