Great service. Being a woman it's often difficult trying to get what I need from a from a shop like this but Chris was so helpful ensuring I got what I needed. Will definitely shop here again and recommend it to my neighbours.

Unlike a few Karen's that have previously reviewed this establishment, I believe the service is nothing short of spectacular. No matter how busy or understaffed they are, they go out of their way for each and every customer. There may be one colleague that would probably be better off working for a telesales company, regardless there are zero issues at any given time. I would highly recommend purchasing from this brilliant store.

Always enjoy the customer service from the Leigh on sea branch. And I can honestly say it’s the best branch I’ve visited. Friendly honest staff, and very efficient especially a young lady called Shanesse! What an absolute star ⭐️

What an incredibly awful experience. For a national organisation the lack of customer awareness and sheer audacity is beyond me. Asking to return and item and they do not have enough space ! So what does this mean....we have to keep trying and trying and trying. Because we all have never ending time. It is clearly so that people will give up and not return the item . What can I say just shocking ...as a once valued customer never again will I return to this shambolic establishment !
