A great place to get fit all the staff are friendly and ready to help at all times. Its also great to meet others who have an interest in fitness. The gym is always clean and well looked after.I have met people of all ages which is good as I am 66 but have never felt too old to be there.Definitely a five star gym

An absolutely fantastic gym! The loveliest team of workers who are always so welcoming and up for a chat. Brilliant PT's there who also run amazing classes at lots of different times to fit in with all schedules! I've been at gyms in the past where you go in and you can tell the people working there don't want to be there or I've felt unable to ask questions etc; here is the complete opposite. I would 100% recommend! :)

The SnapFitness in Thetford is a good modern gym however due to personal reasons I needed to leave the area and move elsewhere but to cancel my contract here was not great, but I got there in the end, it's a 24 hour gym right in the middle of Thetford which is great but it's a contracted gym membership so if you're looking to join you need to be prepared to fight to leave the gym when you want to.

Great gym with great people. The gym was recommended to me and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to someone else. The PTs and staff there are truly kind and wonderful. Very approachable for any questions and/or just a chat. The gym is always clean and the equipment looked after too. Highly recommend!

Pros• Great range of equipment.• Always clean.• Friendly and knowledgeable staff.• Classes for everyone.• Affordable• Private shower/changing area.Cons• It's open 24/7 so there is no excuse not to go.I've been going to Snap Fitness for 2-3 years now and have never had a problem with anything, even at peak times you can still find a machine/workout area and everyone is very friendly.Big shout-out to Sam & Nathan for running this gym so well and keeping a sense of community when so many others have lost theirs.

Brilliant gym. Clean, friendly, welcoming. Wonderful community feel to it but also a safe space to workout alone too. I love the classes which are wide ranging in type and time. Fab staff team as well. Highly recommend!

Joined this gym 6 months ago after a major back op. Looking to gain strength and weight, never looked back.Love every session I have. The people and staff are spot on. Friendly, encouraging, and supportive.You wanna go somewhere where every body knows your name and your not just your face. This is it.

Great gym to workout at - staff are very knowledgeable and generous with their time. Personal Trainers really know their stuff and can tailor your sessions just for you. Classes are always busy which is a good sign! Equipment always clean and working. Great atmosphere all round and I'd recommend!

changed gyms recently, and I'm so glad I picked snap fitness. all the equipment is like new and none of it is cheap. most of it also has a qr code so if you come when they aren't staffed you can find a video on how to use them. the showers and toilets are well made and surprisingly clean. all in all, it's a really good gym for both starters and regular gym goers.

Great place to workout, modern and always clean. Pretty much all of the equipment you'll need and even at the busier times there always seems to be free areas.Really friendly staff - Nathan, Sam and the rest of the team are incredibly helpful if you need anything and will always say hello and chat.Gyms can make people feel uncomfortable, but this is definitely not one of them.
