Mecca Bingo Leeds Crossgates

Visited tonight try listen to number be called out and had some customers talking with a blonde woman staff member on the 18:20 game at the royal box area we had to move as we find this distracting . I think she should know better as she work there. There is all way people talking or make sounds when the game in play every time I visit This it annoying and distracting.

I put 2 free bridge private hire busses on to mecca bingo Crossgates there was 17 off us. only 2 which were members they got us all booked in andy callum and the reception guy was brilliant. they gave vouchers to every one of them to make them welcome . We even had two wins which added to the excitement. Tracy I think it was on ticket sales was really helpful much appreciated as non had been before so it was daunting thank you Tracy and more importantly thank you wez crossgates manager we will be back .

My daughter and I ordered a house burger and a cheese, red onion, and tomato toastie for lunch today. I also ordered two soft drinks. I was told i couldn't get a receipt as the machine wasn't working. This wasn't an issue as I didn't think i'd need it.In the middle of a paper bingo game the food came over and as he was putting it down my daughter pointed out that they must have brought the wrong meal out as she saw meat sticking out of the bread. The guy who brought it over said the kitchen order says cheese and ham. We both said that's not right. it's a cheese onion toastie. He went back to sort it, but we were left feeling like it was our mistake as he didn't look happy about it. She's a vegetarian and I wouldn't have ordered her a ham toastie. As he left, my daughter commented how the bread wasn't toasted, so it's definitely not hers. This interrupted the game, and we lost track of the numbers being called, so we stopped and waited for the next game to begin while i started to eat mine. Needless to say, my burger was disgusting, and i couldn't eat it. One bite was all i had.The guy came back, and it looked like the same meal but without the ham. He put it down and walked away quickly but said they ran out of red onion. He was away too quickly for her to point out it wasn't toasted and that it was supposed to come with chips. The side was tortilla chips instead. She said she'd eat it as we were missing the games (missed 2 now), and they obviously didn't care, so she didn't want to miss more games by going back to the bar. The whole experience ruined the mood, and we missed games over this. I also think if they didn't have the facilities to toast the bread, they should have explained that at ordering instead of just assuming it was ok, I certainly wasn't told when inout the order through. And did the kitchen staff not know it came with chips? If they put through a ham toastie too, I'm sure its more expensive, so we have been overcharged for a meal that wasn't right. I don't have a receipt to check what we were charged for,I know it was £18.45 with the soft drinks. We don't even think they made her a fresh meal but pulled the ham out and put a tomato slice in.. this thought also made her meal less enjoyable, but she was adamant that we don't go to the bar and miss more games and that they don't care.I have decided to complain as i think it needs addressing with the staff, we missed games, I was made to feel I had ordered it wrong and we have paid for something that wasn't right and wasn't right when they brought it back. A cheese and onion toastie with chips wasn't a difficult order to fulfil.I have e mailed customer services.

Made a booking and paid in advance. Contacted the venue to ask if i can reschedule as a lot of us were ill, potentially covid, i was just ignored. Cancelled it anyway on the online system, well in advance, in a hope to reschedule. Still no refund, still no contact from the venue. All emails ignored. Poor service, weird place.

It's empty and money rubbish. Also called loud and the caller still carried on shouting numbers . Tables a sticky need a hood clean will not be returning

Loved it although it's a lot further to travel.staffwere brilliant and we knew a few of them from Hunslet.Food was lovely and top it off we had a win great night will be returning.

Wow, just wow.... this place should have been part of the mass closures that some Mecca clubs faced in February!Firstly, the place is just dirty.... and half of the staff don't have any customer service skills at all.I am currently sat here whilst writing this and annoyed as myself and several other members said that the max boards were delayed by several numbers compared to the caller.... the caller literally shrugged his shoulders and replied with I can't do nowt about that" and carried on calling.The caller on mainstage on 15/04/23 is extremly unclear and extremly quick! I've been going to different Mecca clubs across Yorkshire most weeks for several years and this is by far the worst I've done!I luckily won a free game online which is why I'm here tonight

First night lasted night and it was a really enjoyable night. Staff are so friendly and very helpful. And because we are new members you get a good discount book for 5 visits which has alsorts in it, plus it was even a cheaper night when you win like the other half did too.
