I have two properties in the The Park (Nottingham) and I required a new agent to take over the management so I contacted Platinum Estates. They arranged a rental valuation on both properties within 3 days and immediately listed the property on the market. Both properties have successfully been let to professional tenants who are taking great care of their new homes. I have referred a few people I know that also have portfolios in Nottingham to Platinum Estates and would highly recommend to all.

From the moment we moved in to the flat in Nottingham, to the moment we left trying to get our deposit back, Platinum Estates has been unprofessional, slow in resolving matters and uncooperative. I would avoid leasing through this company unless you want more stress added to your life. I am glad I have moved out of the Nottingham area so that I never have to deal with them again.FYI, they put you on an assured tenancy so that they don't have to protect your deposit and will try to deduct as much as they can. Make sure you take pictures and note the condition of the property when moving in and moving out so that you have evidence to rebut their claims - we did this and after almost a month of moving out, we finally got our full deposit back,

I have been a landlord with Platinum Estates 12 years in both Derby and Nottingham. I can honestly say that the service and respect I have been shown as been amazing. Nothing is to much and every query that I may have is responded to with the utmost professionalism, speed and accuracy to ensure that there is a seamless service, for me but also the tenant.When I started I was new to the area and Platinum Estates met with me to explain the area, investment opportunities, potential yields and gaps in the market. This therefore allowed me to have full faith that my investments would be in the best hands.We have regular meetings and networking events, the customer service and professional etiquette is second to none. Update: I have since received a phone call from the manager Amber. An apology was issued and accepted, and assurances were made around improving customer service interactions going forward.I recently had an issue with a leak that unfortunately was not able to be addressed as quickly as I hoped by Platinum Estates. While repairs were eventually completed, I believe there are some areas that could be improved in how customer service cases and communications are handled:- Responding to customer emails so clients feel informed on the status and next steps. Even a quick note on timelines helps set expectations.- Showing empathy and understanding when issues inevitably occur. An apology and reassurance goes a long way.- Tracking contractor scheduling and follow-ups to ensure timely resolution.- Having robust processes to keep customers in the loop on repair progress.I know issues can happen in any business, and the leak was eventually fixed. However, attention to the customer service experience could be improved. It has taken a HUGE amount of effort on my part to leave constructive feedback. My experience has been underwhelming to say the least, particularly the response I got from their staff that 'there was nothing to respond to' in my emails contacting them. I provide this feedback in hopes it will lead to enhancements in communication and responsiveness by Platinum Estates, as I'm sure other clients would appreciate that as well.

KEEP AWAYI have contacted platinum estates multiple times to view properties.Fairy enough one improperty in Derby wistfully booked, then a lady on the phonesaid to me. View our properties and see if you see anything else which I did I sayeah? Yeah, yeah, I see, morning. Hope no another one in Derby and 1 imagine..Therefore when I spoke about one in hope. No, they went through the details and bearing mind. It wasn't ready till December, but viewings were going, they said. Are you both in full-time work? As it was for me in my partner, I said. I am a nursing practitioner and I am whilst working part at full-time alongside my work. I will be doing this for 6 years as I will be a management practitioner. Nurse, as they do, they ask how?Then moving onto my partner. I said with regards to my partner. I mentioned that he is on permanent, signed off for life because of his illness. And we need the ground floor apartment which we could have had a look at as he's got fibre. My older and a total income adds up to 48000 she said there's a cap on this house apartment at 38000 says allowing com is 48000.This estate agent has declined me multiple times even with a property that I said. I'm going in for on my own at Derby for 600 pound. An I am a nurse practitioner and I earn 26. Why can't I myself rent a property for 600 pound every time? I ring these state agents decline the property's gone, it's off the markit.
