Went from VERY heavy old doors to well fitted easy opening side hinged doors. Work completed in one day and the old doors disposed of. Excellent work. well done.

Outstanding Service from Eastern Garage Doors. Customer Service was amazing and very efficient. I was kept in touch throughout the process and the garage door was fitted in just over three weeks from first contact. The fitter, Barry, arrived on time and did an excellent job and left no mess. The price of the garage door was considerably less than the nearest quote for a very similar garage door. I would highly recommend Eastern Garage doors.

The first installer refused to do the job as there were some things in the garage in the way, people working on the house offered to shift them but he just drove off forcing us to pay an additional £200 for a failed install. The people working at the house took about 5 minutes to move things, but the installer refused to come back. No attempt was made to contact me through this, except to tell me I'd be charged the extra £200. We'd cancelled a concrete pour on-site to accommodate them. the second installer did the job, but didn't put enough sealant around the door, so we had to call them back to redo it. This meant I had to take 2 times off work to be there. Door itself is fine now.

Great service all round from the initial site survey by Austin, excellent communication from the office and professional installation by David. Really pleased with our new electric roller door and would highly recommend Eastern Garage Doors!

Friendly and efficient business to deal with, the surveyor was thorough and took his time with measuring and explaining my choices. The installer arrived almost 1 hour earlier then originally estimated .The removal and installation of the 2 garage doors was carried entirely to my satisfaction.I was very impression with the finish and the area was kept totally clear of any surplus debris.Well worth the expenditure.
