Booked appointment for my dog yesterday and saw vet next day, easy to park, greeted on entry, and appointment was on time, very efficient service.

After 30 plus years of being with Julia at Riverside we are moving as completely disgusted with service and attitude. Our poorly Staffy is just not right so we took him in, consultation is now £55 plus £21 for a urine sample test. After 48 hours all we know is he's not diabetic, just keep getting fobbed off with sorry our only vet has an emergency"

Have always done their upmost to help in anyway they can, have been with them 15 years now and would 100% recommend. Have lost 2 of our fur babies and they have been very helpful in every way

Simply the best from phone call to receptionist to nurse to vet. Can not recommend it higher enough 10/10

Been with this practice since we moved here 24 years ago. Julia who's business this was until she decided to try and semi retire is an absolute dedicated vet through and through. The practice is currently suffering from trying to employ another vet or vets but still gives 100% service. Never had to complain of the service given.

Got an appointment very quickly. Staff friendly and friendly. Vet explained exactly what the problem was. She was very good with my cat who is quite timid. The only problem was that I wasn't aware of any costs until I went back to reception.

Not the best, just the nearest. Cat went for a demat. Poor cat, he was shaved within an inch of his life, almost bald. Totally un necessary. Took a week for him to get over the sedation, still looks bald.

We're really lucky to be long time clients and have always found the advice, care and attentiveness to our doggies to be completely fabulous. The whole team are super helpful and they are as great with the humans as they are with the animals.Despite current challenges (national shortage of vets) they have always gone out of their way to help us when we've needed it. Would highly recommend.

Becca on receptionist gives wrong information out, Becca told us my dog could have his medication every other day, but after doing so for about month to 6 weeks the nurse asked why i was only giving my dog his meds every other day, told her Becca told me too. Also Becca kept saying get his medication off us as he might only need them for a week more, and week later Becca would say the same, get them off us as he might only need them for another week, but after buying them over the vets counter for about 6 weeks I asked Julia if I could have a prescription to buy them off line which is 3 times cheaper, which Julia did. So not sure why Becca didn't ask Julia about my boys meds, which I thought she was, but she wasn't she was playing vet herself!! Julia is a great vet, my family have been using her for over 20yr, but I know if a receptionist at the doctors gave wrong medication information out to a Human they would of been sacked no question asked. Becca also said I could bring my dogs blanket and toy in with him when staying in there for aday, but nurse told me I couldn't. I understand people have to learn ajob, but when it comes to medication/Drugs its VERY important to give out the correct information, you can't play around with drugs, my dog is my life, he's my son, you can't go round giving his medication dose out wrong! But Julia the veterinary is A class, she is very nice. When i emailed with evidential email telling about Becca mistake with medication, I had no reply, probably because the email went to her, I think she opens all emails. I wonder who sees and replies to these reviews!? Plus 3rd of my emails go unanswered
