Everyone within the store were so helpful and friendly, either helping me pick out dresses which would suit me or even to give me recommendations on which shoes and accessories I should have once I had picked my dress. There were plenty of dresses to choose from and all to a very good quality. Overall great experience and definitely would use again to find a dress I loved.

Absolutely amazing, all the girls were extremely welcoming and helpful making my experience truly amazing !! Riri knows everything and anything about all the dresses making the experience stress free and so exciting. Staff were happy to answer any questions and help with anything we needed even down to answering the final deciding question for me. You will not find a better prom shop than this, they all make it the most amazing experience and I couldn’t thank them enough !!

We bought our daughters prom dress from here this year & I cannot speak more highly of the service we received. Riya & her team were professional knowledgable & friendly. We loved Holly’s dress. Would totally recommend. Such choice!!!

Had a fantastic experience finding my daughter's wedding dress. Nothing was too much trouble, never felt rushed. Brilliant service from Becky (sorry if I spelt that wrong) when we went back for a final try before ordering. Can't recommend enough! Thank you!

We had visited 3 other shops with no success then read about RiRi’s online so decided to book an appointment-Ria was super helpful and friendly on the phone and although we couldn’t get an appointment for a month, the wait and 3.5 hour round trip there was absolutely worth it!Not sure on the sort of dress my daughter wanted, Ria and her team set out to help find her the perfect dress and succeeded.They were patient, friendly and so helpful, giving her so many different styles and colours to try on until they found her this gem. We were super pleased when she said yes to the dress.Thank you Ria for the most wonderful service, I will be recommending you to everyone I know looking for prom and bridesmaid dresses!

I Highly recommend RiRi.All the ladies that work there are so attentive and make sure the prom girls are comfortable and are well looked after. So many beautiful dresses to choose from and we have never felt rushed or pressured in to purchasing a dress (but tbh I’d be shocked if you didn’t see any you loved) I have 3 daughters and two have been to RiRi and got their prom dresses from there.. I will certainly be back with my youngest daughter for her prom in 2024!

Ri Ri’s is the best place to go for you prom dresses. So many to choose from. Your made to feel so welcome. The girls are lovely and helpful service with a smile. You weren’t rushed , my daughter tried a few dresses , this beautiful red dress was the one. Thank you ladies for all your help. The manager of Ri Ri’s is so lovely
