Lovely looking salon and friendly staff, however a little bit cramped. I had SNS nails done but only two days later a few had already come off which was very disappointing (SNS usually lasts 3 weeks when I have had them done in the past). Wish I had gone for the gell option instead which would have probably lasted longer. A bit gutted I didn’t get the value for my money but maybe I just caught them in an off day.

I tied to book appointment after calling the salon and keeping me more than 10 mins on the phone I finally booked one and on the day I called then not long ago the lady on the phone said she actually don’t have anything for the day so she booked me same time for the next day after about half and hour or so she called me back and she said same thing they don’t have anything for tomorrow either and if I would like to book for next following week….Very poor customer service desperately need improvement

Had gel nails for my hands and feet today done by Grace. Unfortunately she cut me twice badly with the cuticle cutters and the overall result of the gel polish is rough and messy. Not pleased with the result considering it cost over £50.

Finally- since moving to Brentwood I have finally found the salon I will routinely be going back to for my nailcare. Great customer service, from the moment I walked in I was welcomed, appointment started on time. I had a great pedicure- massage chair, spa bubbles, all cuticles removed properly, rough skin removed, Morgan really knew my problem areas and fixed them all up. My luxury manicure was great, probably the best I've ever had. Simona has fantastic technical expertise -my nails look so beautiful I was really looked after. Both ladies were very kind and personable. For the first time in a long time I had a really lovely pampering session and cant wait to go back in a few weeks.

my go to place whenever i get my nails done, the shop is so lovely. they even have a dog who’s really friendly and staff are always nice. one of my nails popped off once (my fault completely) and they repaired it for free!!

Hienie has always strived to achieve my crazy nail ideas! Always polite and professional and is a very genuine and caring person. I know I am in safe hands at Envi, the only place to get my nails done

Love this salon. Always very welcoming staff that are happy to accommodate my google nail image requests! Can’t wait to revisit as have picked out another design already! Thank you all at Envi for giving me yet another set of ‘Envi-able’ nails xxx

Lovely salon and staff take pride in the treatments offered. I have quite a drive to use the salon but it's really worth it.

Horrible and extortionate cancellation policy. I’ve been coming for years and during those years they have frequently called me to change my appointment at short notice I was always accommodating. I come down with the flu, tell them 47hrs ahead that I need to change my appointment and they charge me 30% of my booking for cancelling out of their 48hr cancellation policy. I will never return and a few of my friends have decided not to return either.To answer the owner: why did I give you a 1 star when I’ve been coming for years? Well maybe because you have no loyalty to your customers, despite them having loyalty to you. Who charges a long term customer a 30% fee when they cancel 47hrs ahead (plenty of time to fill that slot). I wasn’t even cancelling, I was changing the date because my child was sick - not something I could really help! In addition, actually no, there are lots of nail, hair and beauty salons that do not have these policies, Megan’s Nail, Best Nails, Touch of Serenity, I could go on and on, and even the ones that do do not charge 30%, especially during a cost of living crisis! In addition, I have, on multiple occasions, accommodated for your salon when you’ve needed to cancel and change the date/time of my appointments, I guess it’s ok when you do it? I should have charged you for inconveniencing me. I never got 48hrs notice from you when you did that. I arranged these appointments around my availability, work, and commitments and your changes caused me great difficulty at times in having to work around. You try to make it sound as if you did me a favour because a staff of yours was sick so you helped me out, actually you inconvenienced me, with short notice, but I understand that because life happens. It’s just ironic because when life happens for me, just once in years, and I give you tons of notice, you’re unforgiving about it. Do you not see the irony that your policy has cost you a lot more in revenue loss now than the fee you charged me?Warmest regards.
