Was recommended Nomad by a doctor friend who suggested it would be easier to get the vaccinations we needed for our trip than visiting the doctors, which was my first thought.I called Nomad first to check what I needed before booking an appointment and the advisor was really helpful. She later helped me book an appointment for the same week at my local clinic (I think there may be some issues with the online booking system and iOS).We were sent lots of helpful information before our visit by email and a link to the health questionnaire, which was easy to complete and not time consuming.When we arrived at the clinic we were greeted by friendly staff, who checked us in. We were seen a few minutes later (slightly before our appointment time - impressive!) by a very experienced and knowledgeable lady called Judith. She was incredibly professional and took time explaining our options and giving us tips to say safe for our travels. The prices were very reasonable and we even got money off some of the items we purchased in the shop, which was a nice bonus.The whole process exceeding my expectations. All of the staff from our initial phone call before booking, to leaving the clinic fully vaccinated with everything we needed for our trip were friendly, professional and helpful. We will absolutely be going back here in a flash next time. Would certainly recommend to anyone taking a trip - even if you don't need vaccinations and it's just travel advice you need to make sure you stay safe on your trip.Thanks all - a very good experience.

Nomad has been wonderful. I travel frequently for work to countries such as Uganda, Rwanda, and Ghana. They have been able to provide me prompt service every time for malaria support and travel vaccinations. Additionally, I received a medical kit through them that has been very helpful. The antibiotic included in the original kit wasn't compatible with one of my medications, so they quickly swapped it out and I got it last minute in time for a trip. Thanks Nomad!

The central phone number for Nomad are the most unhelpful people which is a shame as the branch staff are great - would be much easier to be able to call the helpful branch based team

I visited the Nomad Travel Clinic in Bristol this week ahead of some work travelling and they were fantastic.I had booked an appointment a couple of weeks ahead of time and they were kind enough to see me slightly early on the day due to my own running early, with a coffee recommendation to pass the time too!The level of service was exemplary with the wealth of information i needed very well explained and laid out simply for me to understand.

Excellent service from Karen our nurse. She took the time to go through our existing vaccination record and highlighted we were covered for all three countries to be visited, when she could have easily told us we needed further injections. Highly recommended.

I visited Bristol Nomad for the first time for a tetanus jab. Danny and Brano on reception were very friendly and the surroundings were welcoming. The nurse who treated me, Michelle, was so informative about other jabs that I might need for my destination (Mexico) and gave me great advice on things I should avoid while I am there. I didn't expect all of the research and the printed information that I was given. So much more than just a tetanus jab!Thanks heaps :)

Staff on the central phone number are really rude and unhelpful. I'd consider going elsewhere unless you want to be treated with contempt.

Absolutely fantastic service. I initially had the appointment date wrong and the contact centre was super quick to pick up, super helpful and tried to find me a new slot.When I had my appointment with Hannah, she helped me get all of my vaccination details up to date and talked through everything for all of my trips clearly. I didn't feel pressured to get non-essential vaccinations or anything. She was lovely when I was getting my jabs and kept me talking : )The reception staff were wonderful; I will definitely be back for future travel vaccinations, without a doubt.
