Staff came across ignorant, uninformed about whether meal deal offers were available on hot panini's. There were 4 female members of staff. Seemed flustered. Didn't seem like the place was being run right. No food ready: low stock levels. Multiple customers abandoned their orders due to wait times. Staff also juggling/preparing mobile orders...

It was the first time not as good as we expected. Small pasty not very tasty pizza sorry to say we will not go again we spent £18.70

Good, and maybe this is just my luck - some items not available when I have been in. Probably sold out because the quality is good, so maybe quicker cooking of replacements?

As incompetent as the the rest of the Greggs in Blackpool!!! Can't check a simple order to save their lives!!! It's a simple reading task - a 5yr old could do a better job. We pay them to be this bad!?!?!? Absolute joke!!!

Cold pasties every single time. Returned it and the lady looked surprised..then said they arent very hot.Swapped it for another..luke warm offering. Never going again. Would rather purchase from Iceland and cook my own

Received some absolutely amazing customer service today from Antony, he went above and beyond to fulfill the order that our just eat driver had taken. He is a credit to the store and more companies should have staff like him. 3 very happy little boys and an even happier mum. Thankyou so much for a 5* service :)

Lady with strange hair and grumpy attitude made me feel awkward for asking for a chocolate bread (pain au chocolate) because I referred to it as what it is in English - chocolate bread... as if she was unaware that's what it means. Very absurd

They had no sausage rolls cooked at the time I went in, they said give us 4 mins and they will be ready.True to there word 4 mins out of oven in my bag ready to go. Great team, lovely atmosphere, very clean.

Ordered food , while waiting for order to be bagged another member of staff sold to another customer, when complained I got to to stop crying and go and get myself new teeth which was rude and disrespectful. Never will I go into welbeck store AGAIN.

Great food and really friendly staff who are helpful and polite. They were having issues with the click and collect system today and handled the situation so well and made sure everything was right for us in the end. It really makes a difference having such great staff.
