Terrible service. Cars late, drivers didn't know where they were going. Would not recommend. If I could give a minus for this company it would be too good

Priced ok but driver discourteous and failed to communicate or open doors to all of bridal party. This was rude & he seemed to prefer to stay in car. Maybe better suited to be a general taxi driver than a driver for a bridal party. Car was beautiful and clean.

Having only used this company once. Let me just say nothing is to much of a problem for them. There fleet of cars is absolutely stunning especially the Bentley series one. I had arranged a 1:30pm pick up on valentines day. And let me just say when this beauty pulls up to your door it simply ozzes class & distinction. It was absolutely spotless Large & very comfortable inside.Our driver was very smartly dressed. He made my partner feel like a true princess (thanks).I can honestly say I will 100% be using them again in the very near future. Thanks again for helping my surprise Valentines day guys.

From my first visit to Bothwell Bridal Cars the staff couldn't be more helpful. On our wedding day I was a little panicked as I live down a horrible potholed country road, we spoke to the staff and were assured they would leave in plenty of time. The did, they turned up to the different locations with plenty time to spare, the journey its self was great the drives put you at ease.I couldn't recommend them highly enough. 10/10

bothwell bridal cars. big let down for my big day.met with the manager the week before my big day to run through the times and was assured that the cars wold arrive 20min before hand. joke this is what happened.1. CARS ARRIVE 20MINS LATE2 TWO CARS LEAVE MY HOUSE GOING IN DIFFERENT DIRECTIONS TO SAME VENUE3. MY CAR DRIVER TAKES WRONG ENTRANCE (even though i was told they knew the venue)4. MY MUMS CAR ARRIVES LATE AFTER ME AND I AM TOLD I HAVE TO HEAD INTO THE HALL NOW OR CANCEL MY WEDDING5 MY MUMS CAR ARRIVES - NO APPOLOGY6. I WRITE TO THE COMPANY (recorded delivery) 3MONTHS LATER STILL NO RESPONCE.i would NOT recommend this company,. As if your big day is not stressful enough without having to deal with an incompetant company, who basically dont care
