I spend a lot of money on flowers for friends and family on a regular basis and have found this florists to be my be my number one choice to fulfil my orders.The staff are extremely friendly and listen to your needs and always produce a creation that you had in your mind.They give excellent advice on available flowers for a particular season and with colour co-ordination.Every order has been delivered on time and always exceeds my expectations.

A wonderful, local florist with friendly staff who understand their customers requirements. On each occasion I have ordered from The Rose Bowl, the staff have provided an amazing bouquet and have taken on board my requirements and ideas meaning that the recipient was as happy as she could be.Very highly recommended.

My husband bought me an arrangement for my birthday which was 2 days ago. The packaging was lovely but very disappointed with the amount of flowers in it. Hardly enough to fill a vase. Seems like the 50.00 was spent on cardboard and labour definitely not on the flowers.

Looked in half a dozen places for Christmas wreaths for the cemetery and got them from here as they were by far the prettiest. However they have always been an excellent florist with very friendly staff. I think that's why they've been going so many years

This review is long overdue!I went here to buy a bouquet of flowers as a thank you to somebody. I had no real idea about what flowers or colours I wanted. I told the lady that I had £30 to spend on them. She ran through some options, I went for pastel colours and left the rest to the improvisation of the florist. All I can say is that the end result was WOW!!". I was more than impressed

I want to thank The Rose Bowl for doing our flowers for our wedding day. When they arrived in the morning I was absolutely blown away with how beautiful they were - they really captured exactly what I was looking for and the colours were perfect! I could not have been more pleased with the result and kept getting comments all day saying how gorgeous they were. Thank you so much!

Received a hand tied bouquet today. A birthday gift from my niece & partner. They were beautifully fresh & arranged by Liz. I would definitely use this florist in the future.

I ordered 2 sprays of white and green foliage flowers to collect at 9am sharp as we had to leave Stoke as early as possible to attend a funeral in Liverpool that morning. When I arrived at the Rose Bowl, I struggled to get into the front entrance and had to knock to attract the assistant's attention as the shop seemed to be closed. I was informed that the door was just stiff and would not open properly. Next, I informed the assistant that I was there to collect the 2 sprays and was informed that only one spray had been made and that she would need to check the order (pre-paid almost one week earlier) to make sure. The assistant realised the had been an error and said that she would ask the florist if she had time to make up another spray which would take approximately 10 minutes to do which I obviously agreed to as it was too late to source an alternative at that late stage. I then had to ask for the cards to accompany the flowers and was handed 2 cards with bright orange sunflowers for funeral flowers and when I asked for something more appropriate, I was told that they didn't really have anything else. The florist then went into the back of the shop and came back with 4 alternative and more suitable cards but should there really have been a need to ask in the first place. Also, although the florist did apologise, I felt that it was half-hearted an insincere when she said, yeah
