It's handy as it has its own little park lot out the back, but it's really tight . Some stuff is good Vale and the staff are nice and friendly.

Just moved to the area and I am very disappointed with the size of this store as I am used to one much bigger. Considering this has a very high rural population nearby, I would have expected much better. It's quite difficult to wander round as so small, but obviously very popular. The carpark is only big enough for about 8 or 10 cars and it is quite difficult to manoeuvre and with no disabled parking. As they do not offer delivery to the area I have moved to, I find this very disappointing as I usually have a delivery at the very least every 3-4 weeks and visit the store in between times. Iceland is a very good store, and I cannot understand why they are not taking advantage of the available customer base. At the very least, offer the rural population a delivery service as do other supermarkets such as Tesco, Sainsbury, and Asda.

Very good choice of frozen food and always have what we need. They are great value and often have good bargains on basics.Cant comment on their online delivery as have never used.It is a convenient shop with ideal location in town.Access at back of the shop is now back open with parking.Great at Christmas time.

Iceland is getting worse. Its a British company, but they have stopped supporting British farmers. If you don't believe me, look at the labels and see where all the meats come from.

Ordered online delivery but about a third of items were missing, the rest were mouldy yet also unripened.. called to complain as the fresh produce says “fresh or free” and was told refund would be received in 3-5 days, but that was 2 weeks ago and nothing has been refunded. I emailed them picture evidence as they requested but they haven’t bothered to respond at all. I also tried to complain about the quality of the food as this has happened several times before, by this point they are just stealing off their customers by giving them the unsellable, mouldy, rotten food that will make you very ill. Avoid this shop! The quality of food is disgusting and customer service is non existent. They will steal your money and leave you with nothing edible. Thanks again, iceland. If it was possible to give this shop a 0 I would.

Really lacking in vegatables, despite Iceland veing good for veggies and vegans, this one is not.Lots of food mixed with other items, bags frequently open.

Every town should have an Iceland.So much to choose and great prices.Nice friendly staff

Nice store, small car park around back with a rear entrance. The checkouts however exit to the front of the store so could be awkward to get your shopping to your car.Edit: You can easily get your shopping to the back of store car park easily.
