I recently ordered a pair of coats for my dog Rosie (not sure what size we needed so ordered two different sizes). Stocks must be low in most places as they were hard to get hold of, but LDB had what we were after. I ordered them midday and they arrived the next morning. That is most impressive for a small firm (faster than Amazon Prime). One coat was a perfect fit, and the other was too small, so I e-mailed LDB about returns and they asked me to ship this back, which i did and they processed my return very quickly. For such a small firm I have been very impressed with their high level of service. If I lived closer I would happily support this small firm in store, but instead I'll rely on their excellent online service.P.S. Rosie loves her new coat, thanks so much.

This place stocks a variety of healthy dog food, with knowledgeable staff. Also Fozzy’s ice cream which my last dog loved. Also collars, leads, toys and healthy treats. Best of all, all at a good price. Take your dog along and then pop next door to the dog friendly cafe. Highly recommend getting there before 12 to get something off the breakfast menu.

Staff are always friendly, helpful and accommodating, they go the extra mile to help out. There's always a great selection of dog food, toys and harnesses etc and staff are always on hand to answer questions. Well worth a visit.
