Gilson Bailey Estate Agents have been excellent in the recent sale of my house. Whilst it did take a little while( likely due to current change in interest etc) to sell they were reassuring and good communicators throughout. Juliette, Libby, Stuart, Tom ,Lauren and Carole have been helpful.I have also had the property let and managed over 10 years and they have always been thereI would recommend to family and friends. They are straight talking and down to earth estate agents in my opinion.They also are able to recommend reasonably priced solicitors to help in the process too.

Stuart and his team have made the process effortless with attention to detail on all aspects from professional photos to ensuring the most suitable tenants with thorough referencing. Special mentions to Helen and Morgan in the rentals team for keeping us constantly updated and making the management of our portfolio hassle free. In addition their reporting software has ensured any minor problems with the properties can be dealt with quickly and easily for both us and our tenants.

Highly recommended from start to finish. From the initial meeting with Tom, who valued our house, we knew we had made the right choice of estate agent to market and sell the property. Everyone we dealt with within the Gilson Bailey team was always courteous, patient and extremely helpful. The photographs taken by Luke of the house and garden were impressive, and as soon as the property was on the market we had viewings, and had accepted an offer within a month. Gilson and Bailey were absolutely fantastic from start to finish with the sale of my property.
