I am due to get married in April 21 and was looking for a PT to help me shed a few pounds for my wedding! Over the years I have tried many personal trainers, then I came across Louise and so glad I did! She is honestly amazing and created a fitness plan to my personal needs as well as help me with my diet and personal life. She goes above and beyond any other PT I have ever had. Louise is extremely supportive and understanding putting you at ease while pushing you to be your best. I really look forward to my time in the gym now. If anyone is anxious about starting PT or getting back into, She’s your girl! Louise is professional, knowledgeable, kind and understanding and I couldn’t recommend enough!

I have only recently been doing 1to1 yoga regularly with Louise. I have only ever half-heartedly engaged in yoga over the years. l have always seen the tremendous benefits of yoga but never committed. Since training with Louise my motivation and engagement and commitment with yoga has dramatically developed. The benefits holistically have been amazing. I would reccomend Louise to my friends colleagues and clients. Focused, dedicated, Inspirational .

I have been training with Louise for a few months now I cannot recommend her highly enough. I decided to start after a period of ill health left me feeling unfit and with increased anxiety. It was more about mental health, as well as (hopefully) returning to physical exercise.It has been so far beyond my expectations. Louise is encouraging, supportive, and a very caring person. The programmes she sets are completely tailored to your individual needs and goals, but also really flexible (as I know after I broke my foot one month in and Louise immediately changed my training so that I could still feel progress).I feel much better in myself, hugely look forward to every week and feel so happy and confident afterwards. I cannot thank Louise enough for making me feel like myself again. If you're wondering whether to start and are not quite sure, don't hesitate, it is absolutely worth it!

I have been training with Louise for a year and I feel happier, more confident and more positive as a result of this.I was nervous returning to the gym after having time away after having a baby but Louise helped me build up my confidence and taught me how to use equipment and do exercises in the correct way to get the best results.Louise listens to what I want to achieve and together we decide how to get there, this ensures we have realistic plan that I am accountable for. She helps me with nutritional advice and keeps me on track with my goals.Louise is more than a personal trainer, she is an absolute gem! She is such a positive, kind person and I always leave our sessions feeling happier and with a better outlook. I would 100% recommend Louise to anyone who is wanting to start or improve their fitness.

I love training with Louise, she is very professional and makes you feel comfortable in the gym and when your not a very confident person this is a big deal. Her workouts are planned specifically for me taking into account my strengths and works on my weaknesses.During lockdown Louise has continued to work with me sending messages of support and motivation, she has set me weekly goals and challenges and provided help and advice.Her Facebook group is also a great little community keeping everyone’s spirits high with brilliant classes each week.

Louise is an excellent PT. She is professional yet friendly and makes working out enjoyable. Louise is very positive and instills belief in myself and other clients of hers I've spoken to, which is why I believe she gets the best results from those she trains. I've been training with Louise for over 2 years now and have never looked back... I didn't even go to the gym beforehand and now its became a healthy lifestyle habit. I can't thank Lou enough for the journey she has took me on.

Louise has really helped me change my whole lifestyle over the past few months from going bootcamp throughout the summer with her to lifting weights in the gym, exercise has become something I love doing because she makes it enjoyable and pushes you to achieve things you never thought you could. Shes dedicated, professional and brilliant at what she does. Highly recommend!

Louise has been training me for about a year now and kept me motivated throughout my time with her. I had a neck injury when I started and never thought I'd get to lift anything heavy or a deadlift but with her excellent knowledge and guidance I have been able to achieve both. She's such a lovely person to train with. Genuine, friendly but always professional. I can't recommend her enough.

Louise is absolutely fantastic!!! She has helped me change my relationship with food and I feel stronger and healthier than ever. She's super motivating and she's helped me fall in love with weights! If time was no issue, I'd have a session with Louise every day. I would honestly recommend her to anyone.
