Jo and her team from Hallways were absolutely brilliant from start to finish - Jo was always contactable and responded super quickly. She was upfront and honest and couldn’t do enough to help. There were points where I thought we wouldn’t get to completion, but Jo was always there, pushing and liaising with all the relevant people to ensure things progressed. Even since completion Jo has been in touch - the service and support didn’t just end once it was paid for. Where do I even begin with how good these people are. I WISH I knew about them sooner. Jo has been amazing since day one. She has literally contact me every day over the last 6 months with updates. I recently asked Jo for her opinion about my house. We were debating selling, a loft conversion or maybe staying put a while longer and couldnt decide what to do.I was really conscious of wasting her time if I didn't decide to put the house on the market but she assured me that she was happy to come out to us irrespective of the decision we made.We did in fact decide to stay where we are for now, but Jo was so friendly and honest, and gave us amazing advice I would have certainly asked her to be the one to sell for us had that been the route we went down.I figured the least I could do in return for her time was leave her a positive review.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you get in touch with Jo/Hallways if you bare thinking if selling or letting a property.Since leaving the comments above, we have gone back to Hallways to rent out property in East Croydon and the service far surpassed any other agent we've used in the 10 years of owning it.
