Harbour Centre

Useless service for anyone with severe addiction issues. Unless you can to doddle down to the centre for your needles, methodone, cake and agree to drink a few less don’t expect any help! This service would rather let people die than try and help people who don’t fit the criteria above. Oh and don’t expect them to answer the phone or you try and ring for help.

I was looking for somewhere else but I was made very welcome by the staff that worked there. They were all very nice and friendly. Thankyou Harbour Centre.

Firstly denied my son had an appointment when I was in the room when the appointment was made. Then gave him the impression it would be ok to smoke cannabis but stop using a bong.

My partner id suffering and he needs help ASAP. We have all been calling all day and are disgusted because you told us to ring today.I'm going to take this complaint higher

It takes a while to get an answer on the phone at this place, I'm not sure what the receptionist does as when I've actually been in there and heard the phone ringing, it just gets ignored. The staff in there are pretty helpful bar one, who I've had the unfortunate experience of meeting (Margy) and serving a time at HMP because of her lies, so if you're ever offered this worker, if you like your freedom, I'd turn this one down in a heart beat!!!!!!

Terrible ,never answer the telephone,never get back to you ,I think the 2 or more people working on the reception just sit on their mobiles and stare at incoming calls.the actual workers never get back to you ,I have waited for 5 months for an appointment and the only reason I got one is because I marched in there and demanded one.for people who are in real need this is disgraceful ,this is probably costing people with their lives.no urgency and even if you are lucky to win the lottery and get to talk to someone the communication is terrible they never pass on messages .Something really needs to be done about this disgraceful company who probably leech lots of money from the government to help the troubled demographic in society and then do absolutely nothing.these guys are milking a good thing here get paid for doing sweet f.a I am fuming ,get made promises and then nothing materialises,going to see my local m.p like pollard about this because it is purely criminal and evil …these so called workers should be ashamed .

Very helpfull and understanding helpfull courses and life saving food parcells and although it took longer than promised they are doing everything they can to help me and other service users. The staff are all friendly and inspiring really sugest if you have problems with any substances or mental health issues this place will help if they can. I would recomend anyone wanting to get on in tbeir lifes to go for advice help and support... Try or ask tbem anything thats having an inpact in ur life or family you can get advice from these people. Everyone wanting to i prove their life should go as the courses are all good and professional. Go and check them out you never know they may be able to help you even if you dont use drugs ....

Lovely helpful staff. Although phone constantly engaged. Like it's off the hook. Anyone else experiencing this in last few months?
