They got me in on an emergency which was very much appreciated. Told I needed (and prescribed) anti-biotics. The only small niggle is that this consultation which lasted approximately 1.5 minutes cost £25.00 which I know is probably a standard charge but I did gulp a bit at this as I am a customer already of this dentist.

I had such excellent care from Dr Shah from seeing me in for an emergency appointment for antibiotics to then being seen for a tooth extraction. His professionalism, care and expertise as well empathic treatment was outstanding.

From the greeting from the reception staff & dentist it was a good experience. After my last visit where I came away very dissatisfied with the dentist I was a bit wary of this visit. I need not have worried as Dr Eyvone James was 100%. From her lovely greeting, chat & then explanation of my treatment I was very satisfied. I would certainly recommend her.

Got same day appointment when I needed urgent treatment. My pain was eased immediately. Nothing was too much trouble. My dentist Yvonne gave me an X-ray, check up, scale and advice during my check up afterwards. She was so thorough and I only had to pay NHS prices. Can’t remember ever having a bad experience all the years I have been with them. All the surgery staff were wonderfully helpful and professional.

Excellent. I required an emergency appointment for a broken wisdom tooth and accompanying upper-teeth pain. I was seen the same morning; thank you to the excellent reception staff.Dr. Shah and his assistant were extremely professional, pleasant andskilled; removing the tooth and providing me with the necessary follow-up instructions, medication and a further appointment.Thank you so much.( Stephen in NR5)

This was an emergency appointment to repair a fractured tooth. I telephoned early in the morning, which was answered at the second attempt and given a same day appointment for 12.35. I was assigned to Dr. Eyvone James, a super dentist who carried out the repair efficiently, ably assisted by an equally competent dental nurse. Both receptionists were also very pleasant and helpful. Thank you to all concerned.
