Petworld Dublin Tallaght

Was in this store today queing to pay and was left waiting to be served as a cashier walked off to help someone on the shop floor, checkout was then just left unattended for a few moments, another staff member came over and chose to serve a different customer even though I was queing before that person came over. Though the staff member was polite during my transaction no acknowledgement verbally or even through eye contact was given to the fact that I was standing there waiting to be served first. Customer awareness needs to be worked on.

The staff are so helpfull and very educated on each pet the sell. They gave the best advice regarding feeding and looking our pet also and when you shop again for supplies they ask how your bet is. Couldin't beat service like that

Was in Petworld this morning and Molly couldn't have been more helpful or kind. She helped me out to the car with my heavy purchases. Honestly, this is the difference with Petworld.....the staff make such a difference. Its a pleasure to shop there. Tks again Molly

Fantastic customer service from Ryan. Very helpful and knowledgeable about products in store, and whats best for different breeds... He rang me when a product I needed came back in stock as promised. He is a very genuine and approachable person, which is very rare these days.

Extremely disappointed with the service I received a few days ago with a staff member called Ryan. I have recently rehoused a 9 month Labrador, previously my pup had been on poor quality adult food and no harness pulling on his collar causing him to choke.With rehousing him i at the time was doing everything in my power to provide the best for him. I asked Ryan his opinion on a harness which would suit my dog and if he could be sized and fitted and if he had any tips to stop him pulling to my absolute disgust I was told to leave him on a collar and that we were not training him properly it was our fault he pulled, that we needed to pull his collar harder and hit him when he pulled. That it was my fault and to ‘fix your training, your not training him properly’. After just having him join our family we left feeling defeated in our ability to provide the best life for him.We left extremely disappointed, upset and disgusted in all honesty.We went to another local pet store who were excellent help and recommended harness, new food and slow feed bowls along with a new leash.We won’t be back!

Beauitful pet shop in the heart off tallaght with all the pet supplys on hand for your needs!. It's nice a big and the staff are very helpful if you need assistance.

Always have my dogs food in stock, very friendly staff! Always offer to carry the food out for me. Never a bad experience
