As been my local shop for nearly a year but with me moveing it wount be my local shop any more, its less than 30 seconds from my door to the shop, great selection for a small shop just a shame it isnt bigger, not sure why ppl have left reviews saying staff r ignorant are rude as ive never had any issues, great shop great staff what more could ppl want,

Having previously given a good review, I'm unfortunately having to update it following multiple negative experiences here.On a few occasions we have bought products and later found they were out of date/ off. E.g. bread which we found mould on when we opened the packet at home. Shouldn't really have been sold to us in the first place.I've also been turned away when there were 2 other customers in the store, not in the queue, when I went to collect parcels and was told 'they were too busy, come back after 4'.Such a shame.

Man serving was extremely rude and belligerent.Went in to collect a parcel and was berated for not collecting it the day it arrived. It was only the 3rd day after! Stated he didn't have space to be babysitting my parcels for over a week etc.Would never use the services here again

Beware, they've signed up to 'collect' a parcel delivery service which allows parcels of up to 900 X 600 cm. They refuse to take parcels of this size, and were very rude when I explained that I'd checked the size carefully and driven here for 30 minutes. I'm going to make sure their 'collect' status is removed, there was no need for this behaviour and they also had plenty of room, but based on their bad manners I'd also say don't shop here thanks.

Staff have always been lovely and the shop is very convenient.Be wary of the dates on products though as I have seen them selling out of date butter for a reduced price and I have bought bread that was out of date and mouldy.

Collected my parcel, the shopkeeper was thorough, being very careful to make sure it was my parcel and courteous. Felt the need to leave a review after reading some people's bad ones. This definitely wasn't my experience. Does stuff by the book but glad that he is so conscientious.

Worse customer service ever seen. Man at the counter was extremely rude towards me. Went to collect a parcel, showing email address from collection and was dismissing me when I couldn't find the scan code, bothered to be dealing with parcels too. That's what he signed for! Rude, rude, rude, not helpful at all.

Tried to collect my UPS parcel. The guy at the counter was rude and unhelpful and wouldn't give me my parcel even though I had Id and an email from UPS.40 minutes later, after I made a call to UPS, the guy finally, grudgingly, relinquished the parcel.Hopefully I will never have to go there again.
