My deep clean was so fantastic I can't recommend Molly Maid Leicester North enough. The ladies were just lovely, so quick and quiet and didn't seem to stop working once. I honestly had a little cry once they left the work was so brilliant. We have really demanding jobs but working at home I look at my space everyday and feel awful. A cleaner felt lazy and extravagant but I'm so glad I did it. Such a weight has been lifted... even the cupboards are organised! Thank you so much!

just wanted to write to say how pleased I am with the work done.Sarah, Julie and Mick each did a wonderful job in the most professional manner. They also worked in a polite and tactful manner, as did Nathalie in conducting the original estimate. The condition of the house causes my aging parents some embarrassment, and I really appreciate the consideration shown.I feared there might be a substantial gap between what I might like to see as a result of the work done, and what might be possible. There is no such gap, and now I actually feel comfortable while finalising care plans.I would not hesitate to recommend Molly Maid.

ABSOLUTE RIP OFF!! COST ME £114 TO HAVE 2 BATHROOMS AND A KITCHEN CLEANED AND THAT WASN'T EVEN DONE PROPERLY. I HAD TO GO OVER IT AND CLEAN THE REST OF MY HOUSE! WHEN I COMPLAINED TO SUSAN SHE JUST FOBBED ME OFF AND SAID SHE WOULD GET SOMEONE TO GO OVER THE BITS THAT WERE MISSED, AFTER I HAD ALREADY DONE IT! I WILL NEVER BE USING THEM EVER AGAIN. WOULD NOT RECCOMEND AT ALL. USE MAID2CLEAN. BUNCH OF LIARS AND SCAMMERS!

Would not recommend at all. We had Elaine over to have a look at the what needed cleaning, she recommended 4 hours which was agreed. I was assured that all dust would be removed and everything would be left sparkling. Considering I paid £300, I can assure you it was not what I was promised. I’ve ended up going over and cleaning it myself at 7months pregnant. I complained and was fobbed off. Avoid at all costs, get proper cleaners in you’ll save a lot of money.

I have used Molly Maids in Leicester several times before and always provide a top quality cleaning service. They arrive on time, have very friendly staff and do an excellent clean. They are a little more expensive than other cleaners but do a much better job - so great value for money!

Although the maids arrived on time they just gave what essentially you would call a ‘cat lick’ over the house. Poor quality . I was assured the skirting boards, light fixtures etc would all be done, but not so ! Hugely expensive so an absolute rip off very very disappointing , will not be using them again …
