I have used 'Frame of mind' for over 10 years and found them to give excellent service. With each article I wanted framed we discussed what I wanted and how it should be presented. Everything has always been top notch. I would have no qualms in recommending them to anyone.

I handmade a picture frame and needed some glass cutting to size, he did it straightaway for me and added some accessories for hanging. Super happy x

I bought some prints online and needed some bespoke frames made up that suited the pictures and matched my home interior. I am over the moon with the results and will definitely come back soon for more bespoke frames.

I popped into the shop yesterday to see if they could cut me a mount - & it was done & wrapped in less than 10 minutes! It was inexpensive: totally accurate; and the fab members of staff were extremely helpful and friendly. In fact, it was much like the experience I had when I had a print framed and mounted in there a while ago. It just goes to show that you should take folk as you find them & I'm glad I wasn't so shallow as to base my decision yesterday on one hatchet-job on Google. Highly recommended.

Exceptional framers, Mark has years of experience and it shows in his workmanship. Specifically went to Mark for a complex frame of a formal jacket for a display. Which is a difficult item to frame, but the level of skill required is matched with his abilities.

I had two pictures framed here earlier in the year. They were limited edition prints I bought at the Artist Open Houses Event. I explained clearly what I wanted box frame with white mount, the glossy prints handled carefully to avoid any fingermarks or creases and the prints to be fixed to a backing with fixative to avoid any rippling. Anyway I am very unhappy with the result of one of the items to the extent that I decided to open it up and see if I could smooth out the print myself (it appeared to not be lying flat in the frame). What I discovered has really upset me:1) the print was not stuck to a backing with fixative but instead had some sort of masking tape holding it in place2) the print had been cut to fit into a standard A2 frame rather than a frame made bespoke as I was promised. (to do this the small white border around the print where the artist had signed and numbered it had been partially removed and not even neatly).3) there were a number of metal staples through the edges my printOk so this is not the Mona Lisa they were framing but it was a nice print that cost me £120 and it was the first of the print run 1/20 so potentially valuable in the future if the artist has any success.So in summary they did not treat me or my print with any respect. What they did was unskilled and underhand. I will never go there again and would advise other customers to think carefully or at least question the framers in great detail about how their artwork will be treated!UPDATE: I see the owner has stated this didn't happen at Frame Of Mind and I must be mistaken and reviewed the wrong place. Complete rubbish!!!
