Crave Kitchen. Great coffee. Scone too big and solid. Smaller and lighter would be preferable for me. And a cherry scone option always goes down well with me. I will be back, but big isn't always better and I shouldn't have to have my scone heated to render it softer. And why can't I get a sandwich (from downstairs) at lunchtime?Peppered chicken stack. Outstanding.Fish and chips. So good.The lunchtime menu and service are first class.

I went here earlier this afternoon with my dad and stepmum to get sandwiches and meat. It was the BEST butchers I had ever been to! No wonder they have so many awards! I highly recommend this butchers as it does the beat meat and meal deals!

Excellent food served in the Restaurant with very friendly staff and very smartly dressed. Down stairs shop has also very friendly staff smartly dressed as well. And a very high selection of butcher's item's and baker delights as well. Not to mention the deserts as well.

Peppered steak mac and cheese - food quality above average but let down by poor service. Got refused to take our orders because she doesn't cover the table we were on...but walking round doing FA...When food eventually came round by another waitress, she bought us the wrong stuff...came round to our table asking who ordered the Steak Salad...so my only reply could only be no one" and she looked confused...really bad service!"

Their ready prepared meals are expensive, watery, flavourless garbage attempting to mimic the success of the more popular Mcatamneys Traditional Butchers gourmet chief prepared nutritionally balanced meals.The food is over priced (£4+) for their shear lack of quality. They don't even care to read the instructions that they've slapped onto the back of every meal.In all my life, this is the first time I've ever spat out a piece of steak and Guinness pie.My opinion is, don't waste your money on this brand as the packaging probably tastes better than the food itself.

Best Butchers I have ever been to, The range of foods are incredible, and all top quality and locally sourced, it is a one stop shop for all your shopping needs food wise you will not be disappointed. Staff are very helpful and nothing is too much trouble.
