Your Move - Mortgage & Protection Services

I started renting through Your Move in September 2023, and despite being helpful at the beginning, we have encountered problem after problem in our house which Your Move and our landlord have refused to help with. The major issue we have had is mould, which is still an ongoing problem, resulting in illness in our house. Your Move have claimed it to be our responsibility, despite the mould being there when we moved in. I would not recommend this estate agents to anyone considering their refusal to fix anything and their awful attitude to not just us, but anyone else who has contacted them on our behalf.
