The process of ordering a skip was fairly straightforward, and we managed to get one for a convenient day and of a convenient size. Unfortunately this is where the positives end.Waiting all day for them to deliver the skip, only for them to drop it off in the 20 mins I was picking my son up from nursery at 6pm.They left it at the end of the drive, (despite having enough space to bring it further back to allow for the car to be parked on the drive too), making it so I haven’t been able to use my driveway at all since they dropped it off.Now we’re waiting around for it to be collected. Was meant to be collected on Thursday, ready for the driveway to be clear again for my mothers campervan over the weekend. Unfortunately it’s still there Friday evening, and given they don’t have their phones on over the weekend looks like it’ll be there all weekend too, so we’re now at an even bigger inconvenience than we have been for the past fortnight.When you do get through to them in the phone, they are abrupt and rude, not a pleasure to speak to in the slightest. Emails just as blunt, unhelpful and not at all pleasant to communicate with.When their phone lines are closed it tells you to leave a message but then cuts you off, so you can’t leave a message.Not at all happy, shall not be using again.

Been waiting 3 weeks for skip to be collected so far, despite being promised it would be collected on more than one occasion. We have tried calling the office without success and multiple messages have not been returned. Very disappointing and would not recommend.

Ordered a skip they got it in the same day and when I called collected it same day too. Will use again for all my building work. Have a good Xmas guys

I've been waiting over a month for them to collect a skip that's blocking my driveway. Claim they can't collect due to parked vehicles but then just don't turn up when promised. No point getting a skip if they won't collect it.Now when they eventually turn up they claim it is overloaded. Which is exactly how it was when they first attempted collection. They never said it was overloaded then even when I asked if it was an issue I was reassured it wasn't.

Used these guys for the first time yesterday, very polite driver and exceptional price, Will use again 100%

I can't thank these wonderful guys enough. My builders have overfilled the skip and despite being asked numerous times to sort the builders haven't.MC environmental have been brilliant and even though they have turned up previously to remove the skip they have taken it and waived the extra fee for their inconvenience. Bravo to this kind owner. Would highly recommend them ..

dodgy, quote one thing on the phone and when they come to collect the skip full of rubbish, they demand more money to take the skip away.note: we ordered the 10 yard, it was the only one they had left, they didn't have any 12 yard left, now the guy replying has his pants in a twist as he claims it was the cheapest. no sir it wasn't, it was the largest u had available or we would have taken 12yard. pathetic
