Beauty Box Derby

I would give them a zero rating if I could. I have had my eyebrows done a few times here but each time I have come away very disappointed. I thought I would give them a another chance recently (big mistake) but I came home with very sore eyebrows which lasted a week. On top of that the eyebrows were not even equal on both sides. The lady was very distracted as usual. They are not professional and I don’t think they are even qualified to do the jobs they claim. To make it worse they are so rude, instead of focusing on the customer they are talking to other staff in there own language sometimes even about the manager - quite shameful behaviour. I have decided not to return. I am happy paying more for a much better service.

I have been coming to beauty box to get different beauty treatments for many years now. I’ve always been treated with lots of care, never had any complaints. All the girls are good but Anu is superb. I particularly ask for her to get wax, body scrub and massage done. What’s brilliant about her is that she knows her job and put extra effort to make sure that I leave the place happy and pampered. I have been coming to Beauty Box for around 8 years and I have not walked into another salon since! Each time I’m in Derby (I come from London) I get my waxing done from the ladies. For a few years now I’ve been going to Anu, she is professional in her job and makes me feel comfortable every time. I’m always seen on time she is very accommodating. Always great service highly recommended.

My experience of beauty box has been the best one so far in the past 12 years. I would specifically like to praise the hard work of one of the employees called Kamal, she was very nice and approachable. Her treatments are very painless and comfortable whilst also being quick and effective. Today my treatment was eyebrow threading and I loved the end results.

Beauty Box are always very welcoming and professional.One of the beauticians called kaamal made my whole experience a pleasure. She was quick to perform my request, nothing is too much hassle.She always looks after me with a smile. She did eyebrow threading and facial waxing. She’s a credit to the shop, she made the process painless! Would recommend her all the time and will come her all the time!!

I opted for a full body wax recently by the lovely Kamal. I hardly felt any discomfort or pain, was made to feel at ease, Kamal kept checking on me making sure I was ok. Kamal was friendly and professional. I was very happy with the wax. Excellent service provided as always.
